Appreciation post to Trip.com! Must read!!

First time booked tickets to the US via Trip.com. I've done few trips to nearer destinations before and was pleased with the service. So I thought why not try a further destination. Im so glad I did!! The ticket price were amazing!! To those travelling alone or in group trust me this app is sooo useful coz you dont have to keep looking at the departure board to know your flight details.. it gives you the Gate number and complete info of your flight! It will also alert you if or when your flight is delayed.. I just loved it!! Another best part about Trip.com is the customer service advisor is there for you 24 hours and very helpful!! Im just amazed!! Thank you so much Trip.com #trip2023 #neworleans #appreciationpost

Come visit Louisiana!

I’ve never been to Louisiana before but after this trip I’ll be sure to visits again! Going to the French Quarter was an experience in itself with the live music, delicious market food and sweet deals. You HAVE to try Bésame-Nola, a Latin inspired tapas bar that serves bite sized portions of huge flavors. I had never tried an arepa before and after ordering 2 pork arepas, it will not be my last time. Their portioned Paella was flavorful and was packed with shrimp, mussels, and clams. The rice was moist and delicious. They also had a Cauliflower dish that had Latin spices and edible flowers on it. loved it. the Mfongo with jerk pork was their best seller! and last but certainly not least their Ceviche was fresh with salmon and the chili oil kicked it up a notched.#bucketlistreboot #neworleans #tripblazers #tripblazers

Faubourg Marigny: The Heartbeat of Local Jazz

#usatrip Just a short walk from the French Quarter, Faubourg Marigny is a vibrant, artsy neighborhood that often flies under the radar of tourists. However, this hidden gem is the soul of New Orleans’ live music scene. Frenchmen Street, the neighborhood’s main artery, is where you’ll find some of the best jazz clubs in the city, but with far fewer crowds than Bourbon Street. The local vibe here is electric, with an eclectic mix of colorful Creole cottages, bohemian art galleries, and bustling music venues. Faubourg Marigny offers a genuine taste of New Orleans’ rich culture, far from the typical tourist traps.

Cafe at the Catahoula Hotel – New Orleans

The Catahoula Hotel is a chic hotel in New Orleans that just might be more known for the Trixie Minx Mural on the wall of their rooftop terrace. Trixie Minx is a legendary local burlesque figure and this mural is a popular site for Instagrammers. Don’t forget to capture the patio furniture in your shot which is the same turquoise colour as the clothes on Trixie. #café#romanticrestaurant#deserts
