If you have a plan to Big Island at Hawaii near winter season, you must choose Kona then Hilo. Because kona has always great weather and suuny beach even though winter raining season. Also, Big island's most sand beach also locats at west side at Kona, so it's so important reason to keep choosing Kona. Secret Beach_Green Sand Beach

When you visit at Big Island, you must go to Green Sand Beach. It's near South Point Park that famous for cliff diving spot. After parking your own car, then you have to get in Local's Pickup truck by paying about 20$ for roundtrip. You can stay at Green Sand Beach around 1-2 hours if you want. Follow Highway 11 to Punaluu Black Sand Beach, and you'll feel like you've stepped into a mysterious world forgotten by time. The black sand is a precious gift from ancient volcanoes, fine and soft, with each grain carrying the stories of time and the secrets of the Earth. They shimmer with a metallic luster in the sunlight, contrasting with the clear blue sea to create a painting of intense yet harmonious colors. The sea here is majestic and ever-changing, with white waves rushing to the shore and gently spreading on the black sand, as if whispering to the beach. Not far away, sea turtles, like ancient sailors, slowly paddle their limbs, leaving elegant traces in the dark sea. They are the spirits of this beach, adding vitality to it. visited Big Island for the first time!!! loved the 4 National Parks visited. While at Volcanoes NP experienced a 5.0 quake! We were told a new volcano is forming 18 miles off the coast and lava in Mauna Loa was shifting…felt safe and informed despite the 7 quakes that day!!
