🇰🇷 Myeondong streets

Myeongdong is beginning to recover ever since Seoul opened up for tourists. Now there is no need for arrival PCR tests, more tourists are coming back. It is a street filled with street food, Michelin food, cosmetics shops and so many ongoing activities. This is like the main tourist area in Seoul. Sometimes, you also can spot the local protesting outside Lotte Young plaza too. There are many hotels in this area too and you can find very cheap hotels too. I will suggest using Trip.com and their promo codes to get a nice hotel room with cheap prices. Don’t waste this chance of living your dreams. I wish for many many #tripliveshow and many many promo codes for my flights and hotels purchases so I can be berry seoul-prise! #2023travelwish #mytripvlog #southkorea #seoul #liveyourdreams #takethattrip

🇰🇷 Naturelabs

Amazing place with very beautiful illuminations and it costs 20000 KRW but I used my Discover Seoul Pass for this attraction. I only paid $40 for 48 hours DSP and my first attraction already cost $20. So DSP is definitely a must-buy for tourists. Also, this Naturelabs is located in the same building as HIEX Hongdae, so I did not need to travel far. There are several zones inside Naurelabs, mainly flowers and nature. There are many animations and you can take many photos inside. Towards the end there is a mirror zone and you can see the mirror spinning around and reflecting the lights. Have a seoul-prise in South Korea. #bucketlistreboot #southkorea #seoul #liveyourdreams #takethattrip

Clareau 클라로p

Should I say it's a little casual to call it dining? Here is Clareau(클라로p) in Cheongdam-dong, where was better because I could enjoy single menus what I want at lunch casually, not a course meal. Located on the second floor of a fashion brand Blanc and Eclare, it is actually a restaurant made by a Korean famous celebrity named Jessica from Girls' Generation. This fashion brand on the first floor is also run by her, so I think she's interested in fashion and food in many areas. The meal started with a starter, and you can choose the second menu, the main menu, and the dessert, and it was a pleasant experience that you can choose the menu according to your preference, not the designated course. On that day, I started with a salad made of seasonal veggies with thyme dressing and had a slightly smoked Korean beef Hanwoo tartar as a second dish and black truffle with raw pasta as the main dish, and finally had a coriander pavlova for dessert. Overall, the quality of the food was excellent. It was not a restaurant to promote only the fame of its owner. If you think it's a restaurant run by a celebrity and visit with a misconception, you'll be mistaken. It is also equipped with a variety of wines, so there is a wide range of choices when pairing with food. I am confident that it is a well-balanced restaurant, including not only food but also the atmosphere and staff's friendly hospitality. #christmasgiveaway #mapletrees #luxuryhotel #skiing #nationalpark

Bukchon Hanok Village is a traditional Korean village located in the heart of Seoul, South Korea. It is known for its well-preserved hanok houses, which are traditional Korean houses characterized by their unique architectural style and use of natural materials. Situated between Gyeongbokgung Palace and Changdeokgung Palace, two of the main royal palaces from the Joseon Dynasty, the village was traditionally home to high-ranking government officials and nobility. The closest subway stations to Bukchon Hanok Village are Anguk Station (Line 3, Exit 2) and Jongno 3-ga Station (Line 1, Line 3, Line 5, Exit 1). Annyeonghaseyo (Hello) Seoul, Korea!

✈️From Kuala Lumpur to Seoul will took about 6hrs. Highlight of the trip: ❤️Nami Island: Absolutely beautiful no matter what time of the year you visit! You first need to purchase a ticket to to ride the ferry. The ferry is smooth with beautiful scenery. Once you arrive, you are free to explore. There is a really cool history about the island. Winter Sonata, a very famous K-drama was filmed there and they even have a statue for a photo opportunity. 🦀 King Crab: This is my first time eating such a big crab! I went to Noryangjin Fish Market through subway. Vendors offered with 60,000 to 35,000 won per kilo (2.2 lbs) for king crab. Price wise is quite expensive however the experience is even pricer! #solotravel

Cheongsudang Cafe 🎋
seoul

Cheongsudang Cafe 🎋

#seoul Cheongsudang Cafe is a charming Hanok-style cafe located in Ikseon-dong Hanok Village, just a short walk from Jongno 3-ga station. One of its distinctive features is the bamboo forest at the entrance, which creates a tranquil atmosphere and leads visitors through a path of stepping stones and lanterns to the main area of the cafe. Inside, customers can choose between several seating options, such as tatami mats or a main table adorned with plants as a centerpiece. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with wooden beams, traditional decorations, and soft lighting. However, it's worth noting that the cafe has a policy of requiring customers to order one drink and cake per person in order to dine there when I was there in October 2022.
