🇦🇺Gold Coast | Aquaduck adventure 🐤

Just had the most thrilling and unforgettable experience with Aquaduck in Gold Coast! Tracy, our fantastic tour guide, and Chris, our funny driver with lots of duck jokes, made this journey truly exceptional. We started our adventure on land, cruising through the city's iconic landmarks and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Tracy's lively commentary kept us entertained and informed throughout the ride. And then came the highlight - the magical moment when we transitioned from land to water! The transformation of the Aquaduck into a boat was incredible, and the feeling of gliding on the water was simply exhilarating! The best part? They actually let us take the wheel! Steering the Aquaduck on the water was an absolute blast, and it added a whole new level of excitement to the experience! The scenic views of the Gold Coast from both land and water were breathtaking, offering a unique perspective of this beautiful city. We captured some amazing photos during the tour, creating lasting memories of this incredible adventure. If you're visiting Gold Coast, don't miss the chance to ride the Aquaduck with Tracy and Chris! It's an adventure like no other, where city meets the sea, and you get to be the captain for a while! 📍 Aquaduck Gold Coast Address - Shop 22, Circle On Cavill Shopping Centre, Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217 Price per person - AUD 50 for adult Rating - 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 #beachaholic

Malt House, Surfers Paradise (Gold Coast)

The restaurant interior was rather bland and unimpressive, only the bar area seemed to be where a bit more thought was put into. The vibe I got was a very sterile and functional one, which was further emphasized by the young waitresses’ perfunctory service. Fortunately, this restaurant’s saving grace came in the form of a more experienced staff member (I couldn’t be sure if she was actually the owner), a sweet older lady who was warm and enthusiastic in her manner towards us. The food tasted pretty average, I felt we could’ve gotten better-tasting food elsewhere for lower prices compared to what we were paying here. I’m hazarding a guess that maybe people come here more for the alcohol than the food. My overall rating of the experience: 3 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ #tripmoments #restaurant #australiancuisine #surfersparadise #goldcoast #australia

A city known as "a place kissed by God"

A city known as "a place kissed by God"

In the coastal city of Queensland, Australia, there is the sixth largest city in Australia, named after its 32-kilometer-long golden beach. This is the Gold Coast, also known as the "place kissed by God". Gold Coast City is one of the largest tourist resort cities in Australia. Famous attractions here include Surfers Paradise, Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World, Dreamworld, and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Located in the center of Surfers Paradise, the Q1 building is 322.5 meters high and is the tallest building in Australia and the southern hemisphere. The top floor has an observation deck where you can enjoy panoramic views of Surfers Paradise. It's definitely worth a visit. Taking a sightseeing boat in Lake Innes in the city of Gold Coast is also worthwhile, and the scenery you see is truly breathtaking. The commercial entertainment in Gold Coast is also well developed. There are many shops selling local specialties on the busiest street, including swimming centers, food streets, and tourist information centers. You will be satisfied with shopping and nightlife here. From local specialty shops to banks, large supermarkets, and restaurants, everything is available on Cavill Avenue. Visiting Gold Coast in Australia is one of the must-visit places, and it is worth a visit.

🇦🇺Gold Coast | Military aircrafts fly low🛩️

What an incredible weekend at the inaugural Pacific Airshow in Gold Coast! From Friday to Sunday, Surfers Paradise Beach became an aviation wonderland that left me speechless. The skies were ablaze with heart-pounding aerobatics and mind-boggling aircraft displays. Loop-the-loops, barrel rolls, and gravity-defying stunts had me on the edge of my seat. The skill and precision of the pilots were beyond belief. This airshow wasn’t just about aeroplanes; it was a full-blown festival! Live music, mouthwatering food trucks, and an electric atmosphere turned every moment into a party. And the fact that it all unfolded against the backdrop of the beach? Pure magic. One of the absolute highlights was the chance to meet the heroic pilots themselves! Their passion for flying and their eagerness to share their experiences were infectious. And yes, I got autographs from these skybound legends. I was there for three days, but the music on the first day was so loud that it was difficult to enjoy the roar of planes. Truly hope the organisers try to fix the problem for a better show next year. If you’ve ever dreamt of combining your love for aviation, breathtaking entertainment, and a beachside paradise, the Pacific Airshow on the Gold Coast is an absolute must. With the added bonus of meeting the pilots in person and snagging their autographs, it’s an experience that’s out of this world. I’m already counting down to the next one! 📍Surfers Paradise Beach Address – 60 Esplanade, Surfers Paradise, QLD Price per person – AUD 45 Rating – 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 #timetotravel

Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets

Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets opened for business on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays from 5pm when we visited. What I really like about the markets here in Australia is that a large number of these vendors actually make the products they sell. They aren’t mass-produced or bought at a cheaper price somewhere else and resold in bulk for a higher price. Although we didn’t make many purchases either because of the prices or the practicality of the items, the amount of skill and effort that was put on display and on sale at this market was a joy for me to experience. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and I was pretty disappointed when we reached the end of the market stalls. Plus points for being conveniently located at Surfers Paradise and right next to the lovely beach. My overall rating of the experience: 4 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #tripmoments #markets #beach #surfersparadise #goldcoast #australia

Surf day at the beach!

Learn to surf at Surfers Paradise Beach with any of the surf shops along the area! The waters here are quite clear and beautiful, plus the sand is white and powdery soft. The surf shop we went with was the Go Ride A Wave. Instructors were great and patient, helping us navigate the board and waves. Many shops and restaurants are right at the beachfront so if you need a bite or drink, it is very easily accessible. Hyde Paradiso Restaurant, Surfers Paradise

If you’re looking for a restaurant with an up-close ocean view, great ambience, good food and live music, Hyde Paradiso is the place to be. Getting there was a little bit tricky (maybe because I was expecting it to be a standalone restaurant on the ground floor), and I almost walked right by it. Turns out, the restaurant is located on the second floor of the Peppers Soul Hotel. The food was awesome, the ambience was great, the staff were courteous, the restaurant overlooks the ocean, what’s not to love? In terms of value, however, it wasn’t fantastic as the prices here were steeper than usual and because of the crowds that day, we couldn’t get to fully enjoy the ocean view from the balcony seats (which I was really looking forward to!). Maybe a prior reservation would have solved the issue. But overall, it was a nice experience. My overall rating of the experience: 4 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #tripmoments #restaurant #australiancuisine #surfersparadise #goldcoast #australia
