🚂🚂🚂🚂 World’s Oldest surviving Steam Loco

#celebratewithtrip It was very good experience to ride on World’s oldest surviving Steam Locomotive - Puffing Billy in Melbourne, Australia! We booked our tickets online and easy to redeem at their counter. The journey we had was Belgrave to Lakeside. It is advisable to reach there 60 minutes before departure, so you will have plenty of time to look for parking and to queue for redemption physical tickets. Alternatively, it is accessible via train from Southern Cross Station, Melbourne, instead of driving. Sit back and enjoy the authentic heritage steam train experience. It take about an hour to reach Lakeside Station, stop few stations along the way. You could see fairytale scene, those we thought that we only could see in movies. Once you reached Lakeside Station, there is a restaurant for you to have lunch. After lunch, you can take a walk at Emerald Lake Park, it was a good weather during Spring, so windy and sunny! Some tips when you book your tickets online with different booking, you can actually put a remark to request to sit with your companion in the same carriage otherwise they maybe arrange in different carriages. #tripblazers #spooktaculartrip #fallingforfall #awesomepic #puffingbilly #belgrave #melbourne #train #lakeside

#2023travelwish This train is called the Puffing Billy situated near Belgrave station. It takes approximately 1 hour train ride from Southern Cross station in Melbourne. The experience was amazing! You get to sit on a railing and get to dangle your legs outside~ The view is also scenic, especially when the sky is blue. Along the way, there’ll be locals waving to us. They are so cute! I love it! I wish that I can get to take more scenic trains around the world~

Rustic Cafe Alert 🚨

Krimper Cafe ☕️ Location: Melbourne CBD area Atmosphere: Great atmosphere and big space for a cafe. Very cute aesthetic and the cafe is always packed with people due to its popularity. Price: $40 - $50 for 2 people Food & Drinks: The food presentation is good and it tastes up to the standards and the price point. The drinks are amazing 🤩 I had matcha latte and it was sooo good I would definitely recommend this place as a really good coffee. Service: The service was kinda slow since it was packed at all times and there were queue to eat here. So it was kinda slow but not too bad. Notes: I would suggest getting there early, they open at 8am so to arrive by then if you don’t want to wait in line. The line forms around 8:30 to 9am #foodie #cafe #awesomepic #summervacation

Melbourne sky bus

Melbourne sky bus

so one way to get from Melbourne airport to the city center would be to just grab a cab and enjoy the journey in the car. however , a cheaper and more affordable option would be to take the sky bus at Melbourne airport. it is easily located when you exit the airport and they stop at 3 out of 4 terminals in the airport. so it’s easy to just go to one of them to board the sky bus. the frequency is not too bad and it’s cheaper to actually purchase a to and fro journey compared to single journey. so when you are leaving Melbourne you can just take the same receipt and show it to the bus attendant. the journey is fast. about 30 mins to southern cross station and then there you are at Melbourne central. fuss free way to travel to the town.

#melbournetrip Melbourne architecture is really a beauty. You van roam around freely in the city and you can simply spot many beautiful buildings along the way. 1. Flinders Street Station - with the dome roof, this building is an icon which most relate Melbourne to. stand across the street and simply admire the exterior of the building with people crossing by you. 2. Fed Square - Melbourne's public square and the community heart of the city. this building gave me an arty feeling which give me a prelude to this amazing city.
