MUNCH Museum 🇳🇴

#summerdestinations During my recent summer vacation in Oslo, I visited the MUNCH Museum, located at Edvard Munchs Plass 1. 🎨🖼️ This museum, dedicated to the works of the iconic painter Edvard Munch, was an absolute highlight. The entrance fee was 160 NOK (about $15), which I felt was well worth it for the incredible array of exhibitions. The MUNCH Museum is home to an extensive collection of Munch's artworks, including his famous "The Scream." The museum offers an immersive experience into his life and artistic evolution, with exhibits that delve into both his most celebrated and lesser-known works. 🖌️🖼️ The building itself is modern and beautifully designed, making it a perfect setting for Munch's expressive art. Nearby, the Oslo Opera House is just a short walk away and offers stunning architecture and a chance to enjoy the waterfront views. 🌆🏛️ The museum is also close to the vibrant Aker Brygge area, where you can find plenty of dining and shopping options. 🍽️🛍️ Overall, the MUNCH Museum is a must-visit for art lovers and anyone interested in experiencing a key piece of Oslo's cultural landscape. #trip #MUNCHMuseum #EdvardMunch #OsloArt #CulturalExperience #ArtLovers

Travelling to Oslo, Norway! 🇳🇴

#passionpassport If you’re up for a spontaneous trip around Europe, Oslo could be a good option! Oslo, the capital of Norway, sits on the country’s southern coast at the head of the Oslofjord. It’s known for its green spaces and museums. Many of these are on the Bygdoy Peninsula, including the waterside Norwegian Maritime Museum and the Viking Ship Museum, with Viking ships from the 9th century. The Holmenkollbakken is a ski-jumping hill with panoramic views of the fjord. It also has a ski museum. Being in Oslo can be quite expensive as it’s costly but I am sure it will be well worth it!#eurotrip 🇳🇴

EXPENSIVE CITY OF NORWAY

#eurotrip Nestled at the top of Oslofjord and surrounded by lush forest, this capital city of Norway is also known as the most expensive city in the world. Still remember the moment i landed into Oslo airport, bus fare from airport to city centre cost me around 20 euro which was the most expensive public airport transpotation i have ever paid in my entire journey as traveller. Despite the high living cost here in this capital city, there are still an option for accomodation for budget traveler to explore this beautifull city. Features with world class museums, amazing architecture, It is no doubt this city has a lot to offerr to tourist. Also it is perfect base to start your scandinavian exploration as flight connection to this city was great and affordable. #awesomepic #scandinavian
