Special

This is a very unique sort of a place with the vintage ambience. There is something artistic about it as well as old and photogenic. It was a really nice place, that is sort of hidden from the road so you can't hear the bike or car sounds which was great. The place was cozy and there are some muaic instruments. The music was great too. We went in the afternoon for a while and then went back again in the evening because we liked it so much. It was lot better than places with tourists and noise. We tried their cold brew coffee and passion fruit juice. Both were very nice. #vietnamtrip #hanoi #hiddencafes

Rode a motorcycle for good food

#newyearadventure Tried out a motorcycle food tour when in Ha Noi, and it's definitely a touristy thing to do. Rode as a pillion rider on a motorcycle was really cool as we got to experience how the rider rode and avoided the jaywalkers. Also, we got to try out and enjoy some food that we might never get to try or attempt to try if we were on our own. The experience of the food tour and having rode on a motorcycle was really nice. Besides bringing us to try out the local stalls, be it a shop or by the roadside, the guide made an effort to introduce the history and culture of the city to us. It's definitely an eye-opener for us

📍Floor 9, 33 Alley 165 Cau Giay, Hanoi ⏰ 16:00-02:00 💸 from 55ca Zero Point is located on the 9th floor with a million-dollar view embracing the city but the price is student-friendly. The shop has indoor and outdoor spaces, if you like cozy privacy, you can sit inside, but if you want to breathe fresh air, you can go outside, it's extremely spacious so no need to flo. If you want a nice seat, remember to book a table in advance. The drink menu is quite diverse and affordable, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You can order from the menu or the bartender will also make it according to the customer's request. Good music, very suitable for a date

Watch the street "Chill" with Tone Gray Cafe 😮 📍 𝟭𝟮𝟲 𝗣𝗵𝗼́ Đ𝘂̛́𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝗶́𝗻𝗵, 𝗕𝗮 Đ𝗶̀𝗻𝗵, 𝗛𝗡 ⏰ 𝟳𝗔𝗠 - 𝟭𝟭𝗣𝗠 💸 𝟐𝟓-𝟓𝟎ca 🌻 In the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, this is a place to stop to both Chill and watch the streets, and be modern. Located right at the intersection of Pho Duc Chinh + Chau Long, 𝐎𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 stands out with its gray tones, quite sophisticated and mixed with a bit of Hanoi's cool Kool Ngau. Every small corner is meticulously cared for, taking virtual photos is always a blast. Sitting in front of the porch, chilling and watching the streets, chatting with friends is a delight. Today I tried 3 dishes: peanut butter and almond coffee, banana ice cream coffee and chocolate ice cream. The drink menu is delicious, diverse and trendy, beautifully decorated, and very reasonably priced. The shop has 2 floors with separate spaces, if the 1st floor is an open space with quite chill sidewalk seating corners to watch the traffic, the 2nd floor is a small, pretty closed space with air conditioning for a sufficient working space. Tag the cameraman and come here right away. #historicallandmarks #localguides #goodfoods #foodphotography #coffeeshop #cafe

Tran Quoc Pagoda - VN No.1 beautiful Pagoda

Getting There - Located in the east of West Lake, Tran Quoc Pagoda with the age of more than 1500 years is the oldest and most sacred temple in Hanoi. Once the Buddhist center of Thang Long under the Ly - Tran dynasties, Tran Quoc Pagoda has now become an attractive spiritual destination of the capital, attracting a large number of tourists to visit and worship each year. In particular, in 2016, Tran Quoc Pagoda was in the list of 16 most beautiful temples in the world voted by the British Daily Mail. Attractions - At present, the pagoda still preserves many valuable Buddha and Bodhisattva statues, which are located mainly in the Upper Palace. In which, the most prominent is the statue of Shakyamuni Buddha entering Nirvana made from wood, painted with gold paint, and is a beautiful statue of Nirvana in Vietnam. Through many ups and downs of time, Tran Quoc Pagoda is still located majestically, bringing a peaceful but ancient feature in the heart of bustling Hanoi. Every year, the temple attracts a lot of Buddhists from all over the world, domestic and foreign tourists come to offer incense, worship Buddha as well as visit the temple. Dong Cafe

An open space cafe, looks quite personality. The shop is suitable for quick coffee, meeting friends, or sitting alone to chill, but for work is not an option. And you should avoid the time when office people sit, because it will be a bit noisy. The menu is diverse, there are signature items, and the cups here are also quite beautiful. The latte is hot and smooth, the milk is quite greasy, maybe double shots are just for my taste. The mouth of the porcelain cup is flared, so drinking feels smooth. After that, I will definitely try some of the shop's special items such as: Dong Giao (coffee, fresh milk & honey), Dong Dong (egg coffee), Dong Muoi (Ame, salty cream), Dong Co (fat cream coffee) Quite commending the shop's takeaways with thoughtful and environmentally friendly packaging —— Address: Dong cafe - No. 8 Trung Yen 5, Cau Giay, Hanoi (from Lane 1 Trung Hoa) Open Hours: 07:30-22:30 25,000-50,000 🚬 Smoking in outer space 🏍There is a parking space for motorbikes 🚘Car parking available 💳With bank transfer/momo #coffeeshop

This Train is SO CLOSE to you!

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam This street is also called Hanoi Train Street. For the local residents this is the most natural thing in life, for travelers on the other hand, a visit to this train street is one of the highlights of Hanoi. Locates near the Old Quarter. Just Google map search "train street" and you will get here. Stand beside the old coffee shops and wait for 3pm where the train will whizz past you and be literally a few inches away from you. Unbelievable! #hanoi #vietnam

Lush Salon

#100waysoftravel A cafe with a rather confusing name “Lush Salon” If you just listen to the name, I think most people will think this is not a cafe. But this is not just a cafe but also a beautiful, classy and well-invested one. Lush Salon is located in the lobby of the 1st floor of the L7 West Lake Hanoi hotel, so it already has quite a luxurious vibe and view. The design is impressive, the interior is high-class and will be most sparkling at night. The shop is spacious, with 2 floors and the stairs to the 2nd floor are really beautiful. The menu includes cakes, bread, bingsu and drinks, priced from 70-100k. I tried kiwi and green grape bingsu, the interface is beautiful and there are 4 types of sauces and beans to eat with, 2 people 1 bowl is enough. Park your car at Lotte Mall parking lot and go to the hotel lobby for coffee!

BEE5 ROAST & BREW

Bee5 Roast & Brew has the same owner as Maison Bee that I reviewed in #bemycoffeecaugiay. Bee5 has a larger and more chill space. The shop has two floors, I like the yard in front of the shop the most because it is both airy and spacious. In this weather, I like to sit outside to feel the cold of late autumn and early winter after spending most of the year just lying at home =)))) The shop has a 2nd floor with high tables and chairs for studying and working. But I find it a bit dark. The day I visited, the shop was deserted and quiet, so if you need to find a place to study/work, read a book or chill alone or with friends, you can stop by Bee5 to play. ☕️ The coffee here is very delicious, I advise you to try fresh cream coffee, Robusta coffee beans so it will be rich in flavor but still easy to drink because of the fragrant cream layer. In addition, at Bee5 there will be food such as bread, salad, beef curry, etc. to eat to fight hunger. #historicallandmarks #localguides #coffeeshop #cafe

🇻🇳🍜Delicious Food in Hanoi🍜🇻🇳

🇻🇳Our Hanoi Happenings🇻🇳 Tucked away in an alley is this amazing hole in a wall noodle restaurant-‘Pho Suong’ Suong in Vietnamese means ‘satisfy’, according to the owner, the restaurant was named this to trigger customers' curiosity. It also refers to the way they want their customers to feel after eating their best pho in Hanoi. And they were right about that, this was on my eat-list in Hanoi, the light and sweet broth is the highlight of their famous dish ‘Pho Bo’ which is made from stewing beef bones and meat for hours. The beef is also on point, steak well done and is not dry also manages to retain a certain level of moisture. Each piece of beef is carefully thin-sliced, tender, and meaty. We were smitten with our Beef Pho, adding the garlic, lime and chili peppers found on the table took the dish to a whole new level. We sweat like crazy eating this dish up but it was totally worth it😋 P.S. Went for a walk after that and had some really delicious Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls from one of the restaurants on Beer Street😋This was another tasty dish especially when dipped in that sweet and sour vinegar sauce. 📍Pho Suong Old Quarter,Hanoi #timetotravel #urbanexplorer #awesomepic #hanoi #foodies #food #vietnam

Serene and Stunning Halong Bay, Hanoi 🇻🇳

#vietnamtrip 📍Halong Bay, Hanoi, Vietnam We managed to explore Hanoi’s popular Halong Bay by going on an overnight cruise ride at Halong Bay. Halong Bay was also declared as UNESCO World Heritage Site! The scenery and views of Halong Bay was stunning and simply mesmerising during the day and sunrise. Halong Bay is so unique that it consists of 2000 odd limestones islands and islets that emerges from the water off the coasts. The cruise ride was nothing short of boredom as passengers get to do some fun activities like spring roll making on the cruise, kayak, karaoke, and squid fishing at night. We had an unforgettable and wonderful cruise trip in Halong Bay!
