Yolo Plage Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
BEACH CLUB IN ANTIBES 🇫🇷🫶😍⛱️👙
#timetotravel
We travelled to Antibes on a Sunday and every beach club was so crowded 😮!!! We made the mistake of not making any reservations at the beach clubs.
We were lucky that Yolo Plage has four exact sun beds that are free and is reasonably priced. And the staff are very nice and accommodating.
Everything at Yolo Plage is amazing, from the drinks (get the Hugo Spritz!!), ambience and vibes. Beach and water is clean. The water is slightly chilly which is perfect because we were walking and tanning under the sun ☀️ for too long.
While we were swimming, we saw two swans 🦢 which caught us all in a surprise haha!!
We spent half the day at Yolo Plage and managed to catch the sunset 🌅😍
L' Effet Mer Plage, a tiktok famous beach club was our first choice but they tried to overcharge us 😒 Would not recommend you to go, instead head to Yolo Plage!!

Antibes Centre Ville Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
The severely underrated small town of Antibes in the south of France should not be missed
After returning from the south of France, what I can't forget is not Nice, not Monaco, not Èze, but Antibes, where the winding coastline is too beautiful, where the orange old town in the sunset is intoxicating, where the simple yet tasteful lifestyle is enviable, where it is a small town that not many people in the country know the name of - Antibes.
From Nice Ville train station, you can buy a train ticket to Antibes. If you don't have an app, you can buy it directly on site, which is very convenient, and the ticket sellers all speak English. You can buy a round-trip train ticket from Nice to Antibes, which makes the return trip worry-free. The train journey is less than half an hour, and when you come out of Antibes train station, go up the overpass, and after crossing it, you will find the bus station. The bus costs 1.5 euros per person, just get on the bus and buy a ticket. Get off at FONTAINE station, cross the road and go through a small path in a residential area, at the end of the path there is an inconspicuous little door, which is the starting point of the Cap d'Antibes walking route.
From the starting point to the end, it takes about 3 hours to play and take pictures along the way. The walk is very beautiful and natural, and you can feel the blue and tranquility of the Mediterranean up close. There are no toilets or shops like cafes along the walking route, so it is recommended to prepare in advance. Only when you reach the end will you encounter a Cafe, where there is a small restroom that can be used.
You can take the same bus back from Cap d'Antibes, and after getting off at the train station, stroll along the port to reach the old town of Antibes.
