TEWA cafe is a river view cafe newly opened in 2021, located a 5-minute walk from Ayutthaya Station. The interior is clean and stylish, and the cafe menu is extensive. The most popular cake, strawberry shortcake, was not too sweet and very delicious. We were picked up at the hotel at 6:20AM and changed buses at the riverfront. After that, we visited ① Maeklong Market ② Floating Market ③ Thai Food Buffet ④ Ayutthaya ⑤ Elephant Ride and conquered all the places we wanted to visit in Thailand. The travel time was long, but since it was early in the morning, everyone was fast asleep. The tour guide was also very kind. Finally, we disbanded at the MDK Center, exchanged money at a money exchange with a high exchange rate, and returned to the hotel. We then went to the night market. 💰Price per person: about 10,000 yen

The cafe is named after Simon de la Loubérre, the 17th century French diplomat and mathematician. We arrived during festive season, so the place was quite crowded with a lot of instagrammers. It's quite odd to see sand used as decorative snows, but it seems the kids and photographers were enjoying themselves. Cake and drinks had a Japanese bakery vibe, with seasonal recipes. (Based on the special express train) 🧳The train is old and can be a bit dirty. However, it is cheap to ride, 🧳It is good because it arrives on time from Ayutthaya to Bangkok without any traffic.
