We had an incredible time getting up close with sea turtles on the Splash Island Tour. The staff were all extremely friendly and took fantastic photos for us. Initially, I made the mistake of entering the water without inflating my life jacket. I was scared and almost gave up, but after inflating it and trying again, I was able to relax and thoroughly enjoy the experience. It was my first time diving, but the female staff member guiding us was so kind and patient. What stood out most was the warmth in her words—she gently said things like “Follow me, honey,” adding “honey” at the end every time. Her caring attitude made us feel comfortable, safe, and welcome the entire time. The woman taking photos also did a fantastic job. She captured so many beautiful shots that ensured we went home with unforgettable memories. Even though our English isn’t very good, the staff explained everything clearly, guided us carefully, and took great care of us throughout the tour. Thanks to their kindness and professionalism, this was an enjoyable and memorable experience. I highly recommend the Splash Island Tour and also suggest getting the photo package—you’ll have plenty of amazing pictures to cherish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The resort overall is excellent, with all the common areas being very well-maintained, including the lobby, buffet, Kidsdom, Splash Island, pool, etc. They offer carts for transportation within the resort, many of them electric, though they should pass by the stops more frequently as the wait can sometimes be quite long. I stayed in a standard room, which was spacious, and both the cleaning service and mini bar were consistently good each day. However, this type of room was rather outdated and with worn-out furniture, which is the main reason I’m not giving it 5 stars. The food at the buffets was varied and of good quality. Most of the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. However, during check-in, which was around 9:30 PM, we received very little information about the resort and had to return the next morning for detailed guidance. Special shoutout to the staff at Kidsdom and Splash Island for their excellent treatment of children. The resort offers a wide variety of activities for both adults and kids. A stand-out experience was the amazing foam party for the little ones! 😎 Another great feature is Fun Republic, open from Wednesday to Sunday, with entry included for guests staying at the resort. This area has a carousel, slide park, trampolines, mini-golf, and more, providing fun for the entire family. We all loved it!
