In the pottery class, we can choose any pottery design we want to make. Touching the real wet clay for the first time gave me the vibe as a potter, should I change my career? As I passed by Gomi Market in the middle of the oyster festival, I stopped by Takara Hachiman Shrine on my way there. I was surprised to see that the lion statues were Bizen ware! And as I passed by Saienji Temple (photo 3), the shachihoko (a shachiko) on the roof? (on the roof on the left) is probably Bizen ware as well. Hinase Town is a town famous for oysters, and it is located on the coast, so you can get to small islands such as Azuma Island by ferry.
