Dear family! Who would have thought that just 1.5 hours by car from Zhengzhou, at Fuxi Mountain, I actually found a divine place for blessing and tranquility! Here, not only is there a dreamy sea of flowers covering the hills, but also a cluster of ancient temples full of spiritual energy. This detailed guide I stayed up to organize will help you avoid the crowds and immerse yourself in the healing power of morning bells and evening drums. Hurry and save it!✨ Transportation Highly recommend driving yourself! Navigate to "Fuxi Mountain Tourist Area," about 1.5 hours from downtown Zhengzhou, with toll fees around 50 yuan. The scenic area parking lot costs 10 yuan/day, super affordable! If you want to feel the pilgrimage atmosphere, you must take this "Tranquility Route": park your car at the visitor center at the foot of the mountain (free), then take the first shuttle bus up the mountain at 8:00 AM (one-way 15 yuan). This way, you can perfectly avoid the large tour groups after 9:30 and enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere alone. Here’s the key! If you want to join the temple’s morning class, you must arrive at the mountaintop temple area before 6:30 AM. It’s recommended to stay overnight on the mountain (details below). Hiking lovers shouldn’t miss the "Blessing Trail" on the west side, which is 3 kilometers long with 108 prayer wheels along the way. Walking around takes about an hour, and the immersive feeling is amazing! Accommodation Recommendations For a deep experience, you must stay overnight! The top pick is the [Chanxinju] Vegetarian Inn inside the scenic area. I stayed in the scenic king bed room, weekend price around 400+, including two vegetarian meals (breakfast and dinner). The environment is quiet and serene; opening the window lets you see the temple’s flying eaves in the distance. Falling asleep to the sound of wind chimes really washes away all fatigue. The biggest highlight is that the inn organizes guests to walk to Fuxi Temple at 5:50 AM for the morning class (free). This experience is priceless! If you’re on a budget, you can choose the [Yunzhong Inn] halfway up the mountain, simple and clean, about 200 yuan per night. Although it’s a bit farther from the temples, the inn rents electric scooters (30 yuan/hour). Riding up the mountain in the morning to watch the sea of clouds and sunrise is also legendary! Must-Visit Checklist 1. **Fuxi Temple · Millennium Ancient Temple**: A must-visit core spot! Founded in the Northern Wei dynasty, the main hall houses a stunning thousand-year-old white jade Buddha statue. It’s said to be very effective for praying for peace and health. I sincerely prayed and instantly felt calm. Behind the temple is a 1,300-year-old ginkgo tree, perfect for photos in autumn. 2. **Qiankun Tower · Overlooking the Flower Sea**: Climb 99 steps to the top of the tower for a panoramic view of the entire Fuxi Mountain flower sea! Especially after 4 PM, the soft light makes the flower sea and ancient temples appear in perfect harmony—100% photo-worthy. 3. **Prayer Wheel Corridor · Path of Blessing**: A hundred-meter-long corridor built along the mountain wall with 999 prayer wheels. Remember to turn them clockwise with your right hand while walking and silently reciting your wishes for full ritual feeling. 4. **Lotus Platform · Meditation Spot**: A small lotus-shaped platform on the east side of Fuxi Temple. Many practitioners meditate here. Even just sitting quietly for 10 minutes listening to the wind and birds fills you with energy. 5. **Vegetarian Dining Hall · Delicious Experience**: Don’t miss the vegetarian meal next to Fuxi Temple! 25 yuan per person buffet with over 20 dishes. The mushroom soup is incredibly fresh. Please keep quiet while eating and cherish the food. 6. **Evening Bell Pavilion · Morning Bell and Evening Drum**: Around 5:30 PM, monks ring the bell here. Standing under the pavilion, the bell sound echoes through the valley, and at that moment, many thoughts become clear. Tips · **Dress Code**: When entering the temple area, avoid wearing short skirts, shorts, or tank tops. It’s recommended to wear long pants and plain, loose clothing for comfort and respect. · **Photo Restrictions**: No photos of Buddha statues inside the halls! You can take pictures of the buildings outside but avoid exaggerated poses. Always ask monks for permission before taking photos with them. · **Blessing Details**: You can prepare some small change to put into the donation box, amount as you wish. Lighting a blessing lamp usually costs 30 yuan each. When making a wish, silently recite your name, address, and wish sincerely for it to come true. · **Environmental Quietness**: Keep quiet throughout, carry out your trash. When encountering chanting or rituals, observe quietly without disturbing. · **Practical Tips**: Wear comfortable shoes! The temperature difference on the mountain is big, bring a jacket. You can bring your own water bottle; the temple provides free hot water. This trip really left a deep impression! Fuxi Mountain gave me not only the visual shock of the flower sea but also a rare sense of "peace of mind." When the bell sounds pass through the flower sea, mixed with the scent of incense and plants, you suddenly find yourself slowing down. In this restless world, giving yourself a day to walk, stop, pray, and calm your mind here truly recharges you. Don’t hesitate anymore, pick a sunny day and set off to meet a calmer you! I’m waiting for you to share your feelings in the comments~

A Trip to the Spanish Mediterranean Coast ~ Castellón (Region) This is a fantastic park. Summer tickets are a bit more expensive than off-season tickets, but it's worth it. Inside, the main facilities are housed in an arched building with restaurants, shops, lockers, and changing rooms. Lockers cost €5 + a €5 deposit, which is refundable if you don't lose your key. Ahead is the wave pool and water buckets, very refreshing and fun. As you progress, several attractions designed specifically for children appear, such as the Pirate Cave or the Siren. At the very bottom of the hill are the real power slides, which offer a more intense experience and reach greater speeds depending on the scaffolding height, each with its own personality. You need a lot of courage to jump off one of the slides—one orange, another yellow, with the red one being particularly eye-catching. It's an almost vertical drop, nearly 10 stories high, where you can reach speeds of up to 100 km/h—an unforgettable experience. After all the thrills, there's a tranquil spa pool on the right side of the descent, complete with a relaxing fountain. You'll feel refreshed after emerging from the pool. You can rent sun loungers with umbrellas for around €5 per day to relax and unwind. There's a picnic area for food, though some dishes are self-service. There are also shops, luggage storage, etc. Overall, the park is a fantastic experience, and I think Devil's Falls is worth the ticket price. The shops have some really cool and fun souvenirs, some at reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back. It's best to buy summer tickets in advance, just in case. #FebruaryDestinations2025 #SpainTravel #Valencia #WaterPark
