We enjoyed a delightful week at the Cala Serena Robinson Club, filled with delicious, varied meals, a beautifully lush environment, and entertaining programs. It was our first visit! However, we were slightly disappointed that our nearly 3-year-old daughter couldn't accompany us to the Robby Club, even with supervision. Additionally, some staff members occasionally gave awkward or curt responses, which felt less than helpful. Nevertheless, we had a fantastic stay, loved the hotel’s amazing beach—open to all—with its dreamy waters, and our daughter had a blast building sandcastles! Would gladly return!

This is such a lovely, relaxing hotel in a great location. It’s close to shops and bars and just a short 5-minute walk to the beautiful Cala Ferrera beach. My room was spacious, had a very comfortable bed, and offered fantastic balcony views—it felt like such a privilege to stay there. What sets this hotel apart is the incredible staff. From check-in to check-out, they were wonderful. I hope the management realizes the gem they have, as the staff is a big reason we plan to return. The pool area was peaceful, with excellent drinks available from the bar, and sunbeds were always easy to find. The only downside has already been mentioned in previous reviews—the vegetarian food options. There weren’t many proper vegetarian choices, as most dishes contained meat, which was a bit disappointing given the abundance of meat offerings. Additionally, the serving utensils were shared for all dishes, including meat, fish, and potatoes, creating difficulties for guests like me and those with dietary restrictions or religious considerations. Thankfully, I made do with salads and cheeses, which were still enjoyable. Despite that, I hesitate to write anything negative because this is genuinely a special hotel, and I truly loved my stay. I’ll definitely be returning, and if you’re considering booking, go for it—it’s absolutely wonderful.

We recently returned from an amazing week at Inturotel Cala Azul and have no hesitation in awarding the hotel a 5-star rating. Room: We stayed in a first-floor family pool-view apartment in Block D and were extremely pleased with it. The apartment had two rooms, providing ample space for our family of four. Our daughters, aged 4 and 7, slept comfortably on the twin sofa beds in the lounge area, while my husband and I had our own bedroom. The apartment featured a fridge/freezer and a small kitchen area with a table, perfect for preparing lunches. Storage space was excellent, with plenty of hanging space in the wardrobes. The balcony was large and enjoyable, with three chairs, a table, and a built-in drying rack. We noticed quite a few ants on the balcony, but thankfully they stayed outside and didn't affect our holiday. However, it’s something the hotel could address. Dining: Staying on a half-board basis, we were highly impressed by the food quality. The restaurant was beautiful, with a terrace overlooking the pool and distant sea views. Breakfast in the sunshine was a fantastic start to each day. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, including eggs, omelettes, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, beans, cereals, fresh bread, pastries, porridge, and fruits. Evening meals were equally excellent, featuring a variety of buffet items and fresh meat and fish grilled nightly. As a vegetarian, there were always plenty of options for me, including vegetarian paella, pasta dishes, grilled vegetables, and a superb salad bar. For our daughters, who are dairy- and soya-intolerant, we found the food labeling clear and helpful. They enjoyed trying the grilled fish and meats, such as tuna, swordfish, calamari, and pork. However, we felt desserts could be improved for guests with dietary restrictions—a dairy-free sorbet option alongside the ice cream would have been very appreciated. Our main issue was with dinner drinks. While drinks are included at breakfast, they are not at dinner for guests on half-board. We understood the hotel wanted to sell drinks, but declining them made us feel uncomfortable. On several occasions, staff grew noticeably less friendly and removed the unused glasses abruptly. As a family traveling on a budget, we preferred buying drinks later during the evening while the girls enjoyed the mini disco, and we hope the management considers making this process less pressured. We also found the hotel's drinks and snacks pricey, so we often visited the nearby Spar supermarket for water, iced tea, beers, and ice lollies to save on costs. Hotel Grounds and Facilities: The hotel grounds were stunning, with immaculate gardens and spotless public spaces. The pool area was beautiful, though we felt there needed to be more umbrellas for shade. When there was none available, we would head to the beach with our own umbrella. The sea platform was exceptional, offering opportunities for swimming and jumping into the water. Our eldest daughter even tried snorkeling there for the first time. We brought our paddleboard and explored nearby coves, though a nearby watersports center offered paddleboards, kayaks, windsurfing equipment, and snorkel gear at reasonable prices. Location: The hotel's location is fantastic, with Cala Esmeralda and Cala Ferrera beaches just a five-minute walk away. Both beaches were breathtaking. Cala d'Or town was nearby, and the marina was about a 25-minute walk. For families, the Ting-Ting tourist train was a fun alternative to walking and a favorite for our children. Mini Club and Mini Disco: The Mini Club team made our holiday truly memorable. This was the first vacation where our daughters were old enough to attend a kids' club, giving us valuable time to relax. Sandra and Pablo were warm, enthusiastic, and brilliant with children. Activities included arts and crafts, bracelet making, baking, nature walks, singing, and dancing, with new themes each day. The registration process was simple, and staff ensured our contact details were correct at drop-off, which reassured us. Thanks to the Mini Club, my husband and I enjoyed time together—walking to the marina, paddleboarding, snorkeling, and relaxing with coffee. Sandra and Pablo, thank you for your incredible efforts! Chiara especially still talks about you both. Evening Entertainment: I specifically chose this hotel for its mini disco, and it did not disappoint. Held at the sister hotel across the road, the outdoor entertainment area featured plenty of seating, a bar, and a stage. Our daughters loved dancing at the mini disco, while we enjoyed drinks and the lively atmosphere. The evening shows were high-quality, including a magic show, acrobatics, and a Lion King-inspired performance by the entertainment team. They were enjoyable for both adults and children alike. Overall, I highly recommend Inturotel Cala Azul as an outstanding choice for a family holiday. Its excellent location, superb food, great facilities, and brilliant children's entertainment made this our best family holiday ever!

Before traveling, I read the 1-star reviews and started to feel a bit anxious. However, upon our arrival at 2 AM, we were greeted with a buffet of cold cuts, salad, bread, and cheese for late-arriving, hungry guests. Once in our room, we found a bottle of cava waiting for us, as we were celebrating an anniversary. We had booked a side sea view room, which was lovely, though I now wish we had gone for the full sea view—what a stunning sight! The hotel’s beach is right at the front door, making it absolutely worth the cost. Nearby, there was a bar, a snack bar, and a bathroom close to the pool area, meaning we didn’t even have to leave the pool for anything. The poolside entertainment and games, both during the day and at night, were phenomenal! Nutella, Brasil, Cappuccino, Cocoloco, Shakira, Macarena, Papi Chulo, Barbie, and Profe were all fantastic and incredibly talented. The evening shows, particularly the variety performance, were top-notch. Our housekeeper, Nassira, was exceptionally kind and always eager to help. She kept our room spotless and truly went above and beyond. The buffet offered a different selection every day, with plenty of variety. The staff at the buffet were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed at our table. This was the best holiday I’ve ever experienced, and I would absolutely return. If you’re hesitant because of negative reviews, don’t be. Most of the guests were young couples and some families, and the atmosphere was peaceful and friendly without any rowdiness.

My husband and I were thoroughly impressed on all fronts. The location is fantastic. We stayed in a wonderful apartment with a large terrace, featuring a wall-mounted shower, two sun loungers on the terrace, and views of the pool and beach. The surrounding area is magnificent, with the breathtaking Cala Ferrera cove and its turquoise waters. In addition, there are three other beaches nearby that are worth visiting. The reception and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly, making us want to come back. The food was outstanding! Mostly regional cuisine, with a different variety every day, including international and Mediterranean dishes. There were ample choices of seafood like calamari, octopus, mussels, prawns, and an assortment of delicious fish. Plenty of tasty meats were on offer too: duck, ribs, and more. Cooked vegetables, like breaded cauliflower and broccoli stuffed with cheese, as well as regional delicacies like stuffed pepperoni, mushrooms, asparagus, zucchini, tomatoes, local cold cuts, pâtés, salads, and cheeses, were spectacular. Even cuisines like Chinese, Japanese, and Mexican made an appearance, and there was Italian food with pizzas and pasta pesto. Desserts were also absolutely delightful, and dinner was even more remarkable than lunch, with a great variety of exquisite dishes. I would recommend booking a two-week stay, as one week might be too short. Still, we managed to make the most of our one-week trip, exploring a lot. It's well worth taking extra excursions and visiting Mallorca's capital, as well as heading south near Alcudia for a beautiful boat trip. Highly recommended! – Monika and Tomek from Gdansk

We booked two premium studio apartments for a group of five and requested Azul Playa to place them next to each other, which they kindly arranged. The apartments were wonderful with great views of the beach, pool, and some beautiful palm trees. Everything was fresh and clean, the balconies were spacious, and the Balinese beds were fantastic. The location is unbeatable—just a one-minute walk to the beach and only a few minutes to Spar, pubs, and lovely restaurants. Despite being close to pubs, the apartment was very quiet and peaceful. The pool was lovely, calm, not too crowded, and there were plenty of clean sunbeds. The option to pay a deposit for pool/beach towels and exchange them daily for clean ones was really convenient. The buffet breakfast was relaxed with plenty of food. The staff were always helpful, arranged our transfers perfectly, and even printed bus timetables for us. For the price, it was excellent value, and I’d definitely recommend it to friends. Traveling with a teenager and adults, we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere with no noisy slides or kids’ activities. It was perfect for couples and older families, and even our teenager enjoyed the independence of walking to nearby shops or back to the apartment, with the beach so close. The beach itself was great, offering plenty of umbrellas, a beach bar, and a shop. The Starfish boat was also conveniently nearby, just a three-minute walk, and it made for a fun excursion. Happy hour at the nearby pub was a great bonus! We also enjoyed the indoor sauna on a cooler windy day, though it was a bit disappointing that the hot tub wasn’t working. Overall, it was a brilliant stay, and I’ll definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ROBINSON Club Cala Serena and would return anytime. Although the club is a bit older, which can be noticed in certain areas, it didn’t detract from our experience. In the first few days, we did get lost on occasion as the property is more extensive than it initially appears. However, once familiar, navigating became easier. The well-maintained grounds and clean rooms stood out positively. Everything looked neat and in good repair. The food also impressed us with its variety and quality, and we consistently found delicious options. The beach right by the club is lovely, offering a perfect spot to unwind. What we loved most, though, were the cliffs around the resort. Jumping into the crystal-clear sea from the cliffs was an unforgettable highlight. We found the prices for drinks and extras beyond full board to be fair and reasonable. For a resort of this caliber, we had expected higher costs. We particularly enjoyed the lively atmosphere at the bars and in the club. It was relaxed, welcoming, and vibrant. The staff were always friendly, motivated, and made us feel at home. In summary, the ROBINSON Club Cala Serena offers a well-kept property, great food, a marvelous seaside location, and an outstanding team. It's clear that both the hotel and staff work seamlessly together. For us, it was the perfect blend of hospitality and quality. To top it off, the sports facilities are fantastic.

We received a fantastic welcome. The place was clean, pleasant, and had a very harmonious design. The staff treated us amazingly well, and the buffet was very diverse with a variety of nutritious options. They let us use paddleboards at no extra cost and even gifted us a bottle of wine in the room. The beach was only three minutes away, with bars and shops a 10-minute walk. We will definitely return. The staff gets a 10/10!

I appreciated the innovative room access system using a wristband that acts as guest identification and unlocks the room door via an electronic sensor. My room had a partial sea view, which felt practically like being over the ocean—a breathtaking sight that seemed unreal. The balcony view was amazing, and the rooms were modern, quiet, and had spacious bathrooms. Complimentary water bottles were provided in the room. Amenities include a well-equipped gym and two pools, one overlooking the beach. A deposit of 5 euros is required for pool towels, which is refunded at checkout. The entertainment team organizes various activities during the day, such as yoga and fitness classes. Breakfast features a comprehensive selection of high-quality options, including sparkling wine. Dinner buffets are fantastic, offering regional and international cuisine, and also feature a live grilling station for fish and meat. High-quality wines are included in the dinner buffet price, making the half-board option of breakfast and dinner a great choice. The dining experience was among the best I've had on the island. The hotel also hosts live shows every evening in a well-set-up bar. Note that rooms overlooking this bar can be noisy at night, but they are perfect for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere, as you can watch the shows from your balcony. Checkout was seamless. The only downside was the parking fee. While other hotels in Palma offer free parking, this one charges for its lot. However, free and safe street parking is available in front of the hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed for seven nights in a stunning, spacious room that matched the online images perfectly. The room was clean, had a comfortable bed, a fantastic shower space, and a lovely balcony. The staff were incredibly pleasant throughout our stay, especially the delightful lady in the treatment area and another friendly staff member at Reception. Housekeeping was highly efficient, keeping the bed clean and changed in no time. The massage treatments were absolutely phenomenal—highly relaxing and worth every penny. I indulged in a full-body massage with a head treatment, and my boyfriend treated me to a second because I loved it so much. I strongly recommend this, particularly on cooler days when you can unwind by the pool afterward. The breakfast buffet was fantastic every morning, offering a wide variety of healthy options, including fresh fruit. Coffee lovers won’t be let down—the coffee was excellent, and my boyfriend especially enjoyed his black Americano. We were pleasantly surprised that the wine at the hotel bar was reasonably priced, comparable to what we’d found at other local shops and bars. Though we didn’t have the chance to try the sky bar restaurant, the food at the hotel bar and breakfast area was delightful—don’t miss the club sandwich! The outdoor pool area was immaculate and never overcrowded, with plenty of cabanas and loungers available daily. We found the pool so peaceful that we spent our first day entirely there, feeling no need to leave the hotel. While the main central areas are just a short walk or taxi ride away, we appreciated the secluded location. Thank you to the entire team at Hotel Monsuau for making our trip unforgettable. Beautiful, relaxed hotel with a nice atmosphere, a charming location (quiet yet within walking distance of the center), and friendly staff. Though it's rated 4 stars, the service feels more like 5 stars. Being vegan, we initially struggled with food on the first day due to the chef's limited English and our poor Spanish. However, Aline, the assistant manager, truly stood out. She took full responsibility, arranged meals and desserts for us, and checked in daily for feedback to plan the next day's menu. Remarkably, she even ensured everything was perfect on her day off. Having worked in hospitality management myself, I’ve never encountered anyone as professional, customer-focused, and well-prepared as Aline. She is an invaluable asset to the Marsenses brand and truly deserves to manage her own resort someday. Without her, our experience might not have been as positive. This was the best service we’ve experienced in over 15 years of holidaying—simply outstanding.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a bright, clean, welcoming, and spacious atmosphere. Upon arrival, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in a junior suite on the adults-only side (Room N203) with a pool view and loved every aspect of our experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with amazing showers to top it off. The staff went above and beyond, consistently friendly and attentive during meal times and throughout our stay—we truly can’t praise them enough. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety along with special menus for breakfast and dinner. For lunch, the snack menu was a treat—the chicken strips and nachos (as seen in photos) were particularly tasty. One memorable highlight was a violinist playing during breakfast one morning, creating a truly special moment. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds, towels, and even a lifeguard on duty. An added bonus was the beach access, conveniently located just out the back of the hotel and accessible with your key card. Additionally, shops, bars, and restaurants were all within walking distance. We had a fantastic stay at MarSenses—adult-only—and highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back in the future. The pool area is nice and fresh, with a comfortable temperature if it's warm and sunny or if you're using the sauna. The sauna and indoor pool are warm and enjoyable as well. However, I wished the waterfall in the spa was turned off to allow for some quiet relaxation. The rooms are good with comfortable beds and balconies. The mini-fridge was surprisingly spacious, fitting plenty of items. Missing was a full-length mirror, though. Unfortunately, there were bugs outside our door, and during our dinner outing, a cockroach entered under the door. We placed a towel and shoes at the door to keep bugs out. Breakfast was okay, with delicious bacon but lacking fresh fruits such as melon, pineapple, or strawberries—only apples and oranges were available. Cleaning services were good, and staff were friendly. Nearby, there are stunning coves with turquoise blue water within walking distance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, probably the best I’ve encountered during my holidays. 💕 The rooms were fresh and came with TVs offering external channels—one in the bedroom and another in the living room. The food was fresh, clean, and well-presented, very nice indeed. 👌 The location felt a bit isolated, so if that's your preference, you'd enjoy it. A walk to the beach takes about 5 minutes, though it's uphill. The town center is a 25-minute walk, and the area is very quiet. The pool and bar were good. 👍 Overall, this is a very nice hotel, but keep in mind its secluded location.

The location is excellent, as it's very close to two beaches—one only a 2-minute walk and the other about 10 minutes away. It's highly accessible for wheelchair users, and the rooms are stunning, cleaned every other day. This spot is ideal if you enjoy sunbathing or lounging by the pool, as there are plenty of chairs available both around the pool and throughout the hotel. The staff showed kindness throughout our entire stay. The buffet offers a wide variety of food, changing every other day. Karaoke nights happen every other evening and typically wrap up around 9:30–10:00 PM. Highly recommend this hotel.

What an amazing apart hotel! We absolutely loved staying here, as it’s so close to the beaches and easily within walking distance. The staff were efficient, friendly, and very helpful, especially Claudia at reception. The pool was refreshing, and the food was freshly cooked with a variety of delicious options. The apartments were well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. Hopefully, we’ll return again!

However, the food is a downside—often cold with limited variety, as the restaurant is small. Some meat was undercooked, and the fruit was occasionally old or moldy. Though we still enjoyed dining, these aspects need improvement, especially for a four-star hotel, as I have experienced better options elsewhere. The rooms are lovely, featuring comfortable beds, a sofa, a kitchen area, a pleasant warm shower, and a charming balcony space. We stayed in superior rooms overlooking the infinity pool—definitely worth it for that extra special touch. The pool area is fantastic, offering two gorgeous pools and a charming little bar that serves food and drinks at decent prices. The pool itself is freezing, but it's refreshing after hours in the sun. The gym is decent but could benefit from a water fountain, as the nearest shop is a bit of a walk from the hotel. Overall, we are thoroughly enjoying our stay. The staff are genuinely lovely, and this place would definitely be worth considering for a relaxing break in a beautiful hotel.

We absolutely loved our holiday here from beginning to end. Arriving on the first day of the season, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava accompanied by strawberries. A receptionist even escorted us to our room. The staff, accommodation, food, and pool were all fantastic, making it a very relaxing getaway. We truly enjoyed it, as did the other guests. For the 5th time, we escape to Cala Serena during the first week of December... soaking up light, energy, and good vibes. Robinson always manages to help us disconnect and truly enjoy life! The highlight... the coves and that refreshing leap into the sea right after the sauna!

Nestled between two coves amidst a wooded environment lies a delightful establishment. We were warmly welcomed by the professional staff. We truly appreciated the surroundings, the quality of service, and the peaceful atmosphere. A remarkable place indeed...

We treated ourselves to a package deal that included hotel, flight, and transfer – everything was perfectly arranged, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. It all went smoothly, and we felt comfortable right away. My personal highlight was the area with tennis courts, paddle courts, beach volleyball, and the sports bar. Elevated above the courts, we enjoyed drinks most evenings and chatted, as court reservations for the next day could only be made in the evening. The only downside was that many courts were booked but then left unused, which was frustrating. However, we always managed to find a spot. My friend loved the buffet – always warm, fresh, and diverse, with options for even the pickiest eaters. Eating at the large communal tables during peak times was a bit hectic, as people constantly came, left, and moved around, and the tables were quite densely packed. But if you could grab a separate table, it felt much more relaxed and spacious. The evening entertainment was still a bit sparse, but that was fine for us since sports were our main focus. We especially appreciated the small afternoon buffet, allowing us to eat at the right times despite our sports activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!☀️

This is a lovely hotel for families or couples, perfectly located with the beach right on its doorstep and within walking distance of other beaches, Cala D’Or (15 minutes), and the stunning marina (30 minutes) filled with bars and restaurants. The staff were amazing—friendly and welcoming. While the half-board meals were acceptable, they were repetitive and sometimes cold if you ate late. Breakfast options, however, were good. One of our rooms experienced issues with the air conditioning/heating system, leading to chilly nights and poor sleep. Although maintenance attempted repairs, the issue wasn’t completely resolved, so extra blankets were provided. This wouldn’t be an issue during warmer months, but in early April, the nights were cold. Despite this, we had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend the hotel. Apartments with Balinese beds or sun loungers are a great upgrade and worth considering if possible.

An incredibly beautiful hotel with oversized rooms and a spacious bathroom. Everything was in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. The food was extremely delicious, top-notch, and varied. It was all about quality over quantity here. The super friendly and attentive service started at the reception and extended to all areas. The short walk to the beach was simply enchanting. If Mallorca, then only Mar Senses.

The hotel is located just a few steps from Cala Ferrara. It boasts a lovely layout, with small buildings housing several rooms each. The main building features the dining area and a (still quite chilly) pool. Plenty of loungers were available throughout the day. The reception was situated at the sister hotel across the street. Our room was spacious and beautifully arranged, including the generous bathroom. The decor was simple yet pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, and we found the open wardrobe to be fine. The terrace had two chairs and offered a lovely view of the grounds, with a partial view of the sea as well. Everything was impeccably clean. After the evening entertainment concluded, the atmosphere turned peaceful, and the nearby street had minimal traffic. We opted for half board. Both breakfast and dinner provided a good variety and quality of options, though unfortunately some dinner items weren’t always hot enough. Drink prices were perfectly reasonable. The staff were consistently kind, friendly, and offered prompt service. Parking was available at the sister hotel, but even in early April, it was somewhat crowded at times.

We had an excellent stay at Barcelo. Booking directly got us a great deal, and I highly recommend doing this. We arrived early Thursday afternoon and the check-in process was seamless. While I can’t recall her name, the woman who assisted us was fantastic. We were delighted to receive an upgraded room and check in early, which was ideal after an early travel start. Being able to settle in and head out right away was wonderful, avoiding the usual wait until 3 pm. The food was top-notch, and the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. The room was very modern and impeccably clean. The location was perfect, only a 10–15-minute walk to town, where you’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. I’d also recommend visiting the marina, though it’s about a 35-minute walk, so taking a taxi is the better option. We’re already thinking about returning this summer. The only drawback was the pools. The sea view pool is a good size but falls entirely into the shade after 1 pm, leaving it and the loungers unused. There’s another pool that seemed oriented toward families, but we didn’t check it out since we preferred a quieter experience. Thankfully, the beach is conveniently located next to the hotel, accessible via stairs near the sea view pool. We found ourselves heading there most days after 1 pm, just as many others did. Although the shaded pool is disappointing, everything else about this hotel is truly 5-star quality. If you’re okay with spending time at the beach instead, this is definitely the place for you!

Very beautiful and well located. We had a room with a sea view, which looked straight out of a magazine. The room was in excellent condition. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to shops and restaurants. A drawback, however, was that booking was only available with half-board, but the quality and taste of the food did not meet expectations, so we ended up eating outside the hotel.

Stayed end of April into early May for 5 nights. The hotel was fantastic, and we upgraded to a full sea view room, which was truly worth it. Booking directly through Barcelo allowed us to select our exact room beforehand, so we chose one on floor 7, the highest floor! The hotel's decor is beautifully modern and stylish. It's a short 10-15 minute walk to Cala d’Or center, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants just minutes from the hotel, along with a taxi rank conveniently opposite, always bustling with taxis. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job, regularly changing bed sheets and towels. We went for half board, enjoying the breakfast with its well-stocked variety of hot and cold options. For dinner, we explored the many tempting restaurants in the center instead. The pool on the ground floor boasts amazing views of Cala Ferrera beach, with easy access to the beach via multiple points. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is our 5th visit to this hotel, and it never disappoints. The staff are fantastic and very friendly, even though it was the end of the season. The buffet-style food is great with plenty of options, and the main meals are freshly cooked while you're there. The pool, though cold, was refreshing, and we spent a couple of hours daily teaching our granddaughter to swim. Overall, it was another fantastic trip to Majorca and Cala Ferrer, and we will definitely be returning to this hotel.
