Getting There - If you want to ride a motorbike, find your way to National Highway 1A, then follow the direction of My Thuan Bridge, turn left in the direction to Can Tho. Attractions - Cai Rang Floating Market meets quite early from about 4, 5 am, the boats have started to arrive at the market, so you need to go a little early, calculate enough time to be able to go to the market at the busiest time. There are many reasons why I want to visit Cai Rang floating market again after my missed visit last year. First, the bustling scenes here made me nostalgic. Next are the boats full of goods. A 3 hours drive out of Ho Chih Minh city you can see the third largest River in Asia and twelfth in the world. This is the only transportation for tourists to go across the villages which has some stalls selling local souvenirs and snacks. There are some places of interests which is the bee harvesting area, candy making, horse carriage ride and snakes photo shoots. During the early morning market hours, larger sized boats anchor and create lanes that smaller boats weave in and out of. Sellers do not have to cry out about their goods because their goods can be seen in a distance and their cries would not be heard in the vastness of the river and the noise of boat engines. We spent a day cruising the Delta on small paddle boats in the canals and larger motorised wooden boats between the Islands. The river is so fertile that although rural it is densely populated. People live, trade, go to school and travel along the riverbanks. The rooms are on the 8th to 31st floors, and the 31st floor seems to be the presidential suite. The view is a panoramic view of the river and the city, and since it's a metropolitan city, the city area is quite large, so it's fun to see the night view. The houses crowded together from the highest point give you a sense of the city atmosphere. 💜Facilities There's a swimming pool, pool bar, Saravan restaurant, and club lounge on the 6th floor, and a fitness center and spa on the 7th floor. The pool is small compared to its size, and there are no cabanas, only sunbeds, so sunglasses are essential because of the direct sunlight. The afternoon tea is passable, but the happy hour is highly recommended for those who like alcohol. There is enough vodka, beer, and wine to make most cocktails and highballs.
