One of the best experiences I've had staying at Constance Ephelia Resort. It all began a week before our arrival with communication from Ayaan, one of the resort managers, via WhatsApp and continued seamlessly from arrival to departure. From the warm welcome by Demby to the impeccable service throughout, everything exceeded our expectations. Our room upgrade and the option to dine in the resort's excellent restaurants as part of the half-board plan were highlights, offering top-notch service and exceptional culinary experiences. During walks and rides around the resort, as well as at every breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the amazing staff were always ready to assist with any questions, requests, or transportation needs. The spa was also at a very high standard, including exceptional facilities. The northern beach was significantly better than the southern one, offering easy sea access and complimentary use of kayaks, snorkels, and more, all courtesy of the resort. Our second visit to Constance Ephelia was just as worthwhile as the first. After loving our initial stay in September, we couldn’t resist returning in April. The hotel’s standout features include two breathtaking beaches and outstanding food offerings at all the restaurants, with Adam & Eve being our personal favorite. Breakfast is superb, offering a wide range of options for everyone. The staff’s exceptional kindness and warm hospitality add a special touch to the experience. The location is ideal – while renting a car to explore Mahé is a great option, the resort itself provides everything you could need. Activities like kayaking, snorkeling, yoga, and even a stunning hike starting right from the property offer plenty to do. A unique highlight is interacting with and feeding the giant tortoises, which adds a special charm. And lastly, the sunsets… they are truly the most beautiful on the island, best enjoyed with a drink from Kabana in hand at Port Launay.

Anse Lazio on Praslin Island is honestly the *best* spot I got to explore in the Seychelles 😍. Yup, believe the hype—this beach is straight-up unreal! The sand is powdery soft, the water is so crystal-clear it’s basically a mirror, and those dramatic granite rocks? Instagram heaven! 📸 We did a day trip over from Mahé, the main island (Pro traveler tip: ferries from Mahé to Praslin run several times a day—so you’ve got options for max flexibility!). But trust me, there are tons of cute stays if you wanna soak up this slice of paradise longer (trip.com is your friend to look for some) Snorkeling here was next level! Around the iconic granite boulders, a variety of colorful fish. I felt like I was swimming in an aquarium, for real. And plot twist: there’s a sign letting you know part of Anse Lazio is a shark nursery reef where baby sharks sometimes chill! 🙈 Don’t worry, we didn’t spot any, just a lot of beautiful marine life—so you get all the bragging rights, zero scariness. 🤣🤣🤣 If you want to visit, here are the need-to-knows: · Address: Anse Lazio Beach, Praslin Island, Seychelles · Open 24/7 (and no entry fee—major win 💸) · A few guesthouses and snack bars for those post-swim munchies TLDR: You *need* Anse Lazio on your travel bucket list, whether you’re island-hopping or just vibing on Praslin for a few days. An excellent budget-friendly choice with a fantastic location on the island. It's close to the popular Beau Vallon beach, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. We rented a car for five days (there’s free parking on-site), which made it easy to access other beaches around Mahe. The property has several bungalows with two rooms each. Inside, you'll find everything you need: air conditioning, a shower, and a fridge. Breakfast is included, offering a choice of fried eggs, scrambled eggs, or an omelet with tea/coffee, always accompanied by fresh fruits and toast. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, bed linens were changed once during the week, and towels were replaced twice. There's also an adorable cat and turtles on the property. We absolutely loved our vacation!

We just returned from an 8-night stay in a superior room at Beachcomber Anse Soleil, and we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone we met who made our stay absolutely perfect. Our flight arrived early in the morning, and although the room was still occupied, the team worked diligently to have it ready for us as soon as possible. Stepping into the room was pure bliss—immaculately clean, well-prepared, with thoughtful touches for our 50th anniversary celebration. Spacious, with a breathtaking view! The fridge was convenient for storing chilled drinks and some food items. The bathroom had been recently renovated, and the lovely terrace was just two meters from the Indian Ocean. Breakfast and dinner were enjoyed on the deck above the Indian Ocean—an absolute dream! Breakfast was buffet-style, very decent, with staff offering eggs, omelets, bacon, and pancakes freshly made upon request. Dinner was served at the table with a menu featuring starter, main, and dessert options decided earlier in the day. The food was excellent, generously portioned, and catered to various tastes, including fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes. Kudos to the team! Although the hotel is rated as two stars, it deserves three, in our opinion. It is somewhat isolated, but we rented a car for two days (delivered to the hotel) and booked three excursions with Creole Travel—they conveniently pick you up directly at the hotel. On lazy days, you can enjoy the stunning beach and the beauty of the location. Snorkeling enthusiasts will also love it here. A handy tip: don't forget an adapter for the electrical outlets. Finally, the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient in addressing any requests. In short, we highly recommend it—go ahead, book without hesitation! If we ever return to Mahé, we’ll choose this hotel again!

Anse Petite Marie-Louise on the southeast coast of Mahe Island is truly my hidden gem! 📍Location: 6G6H+PG, Quatre Bornes, Seychelles This rarely visited bay looks like God spilled a palette of colors🎨, with crystal-clear water shimmering in layers of gradient blue, and the fine white sand glowing✨ Even the occasional passing boat adds a lively touch to this picturesque scene! 🌊Compared to the crowded Beau Vallon Beach, this place is a pure paradise!! Walking south along the Anse Marie Louise coastline, you'll pass a rustic stone slab bridge🪨, then embark on the ultra-natural Anse Capucins Trail~ Wandering through tropical villages🌴, encountering charming banana plantations🍌, stepping onto a wild single-track path, and hidden deep in the coconut groves is the delightful little beach Anse Petite Marie-Louise💎! 🏝️The white sand beach is surrounded by uniquely shaped granite rocks, with sunlight filtering through the rainforest canopy onto the sand, creating a natural filter effect! Every snap is an Instagram-worthy shot😍 ✨Practical Tips: 1️⃣ Go at low tide! Who else knows the joy of having an entire deserted beach to yourself! 2️⃣ Wear good walking shoes👟, as it’s a 15-minute hike to get there 3️⃣ Bring snacks and drinks🥤, there are no shops nearby 4️⃣ A beach mat is a must! Lie back under the swaying coconut trees and listen to the breath of the waves☀️ 📌Tips: Trail signs are hard to spot, so it’s recommended to ask local villagers for directions. Many paths are worn but don’t lead anywhere. Although Seychelles is relatively safe, it’s not advised to hike here alone.

We had an incredible experience at Constance Ephelia and highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Mahé. We spent three nights in a Junior Suite and two nights in a Hillside Villa. Both were outstanding, but the Hillside Villa truly stood out with breathtaking views and excellent privacy. The resort itself is stunning, surrounded by lush nature and set between two gorgeous beaches. The entire property is well-maintained and offers plenty of cozy spots to unwind. What truly elevated our stay was the kind and professional staff. A special thanks to Sathy for organizing a late checkout, which made our departure so much smoother. We also deeply appreciated John’s thoughtful gift after a minor misunderstanding about the room cleaning—it really meant a lot. The restaurants were another highlight, with Adam & Eve being our favorite. Overall, our visit was exceptional, and we’d gladly return to Constance Ephelia in the future.
