The lake is quite large, 🚶‍➡️ walking around the entire lake takes about two hours. You can swim in the lake now 🏊, and the newly renovated restrooms are super clean and hygienic. The space is spacious, and there’s even a shower area! In the water, you’ll find small fish 🐟 and some geese swimming around. On weekends, you can buy a weekend pass 🎫 for $10 round trip. It takes about 40 minutes by train 🚉 from Boston’s North Station to Concord Station, but after getting off the train, you’ll need to walk for another 30 minutes. The roadside doesn’t have proper sidewalks, so it’s a bit challenging 💔. Alternatively, you can drive from downtown, which takes about the same time. The parking lot is close to the beach swimming area, just across the road. 🅿️ Parking fees: $8 for Massachusetts license plates, $30 for out-of-state plates. During summer, it gets crowded ⛱️ because the beach area isn’t very large. If you walk deeper into the side areas, there are some rocks where you can sit and enjoy the view.
