I travelled by ferry between the islands of Lanzarote and Fuerteventura in the most comfortable, fast and economical way. I enjoyed the best schedules, exceptional service, panoramic views, digital entertainment and more. Route information- The service connects the islands through the Bocaina Strait, via the ports of Playa Blanca, in Lanzarote, and Corrajelo in Fuerteventura. Between both islands they offer two types of service- Fast ferry with the Bocayna Express (for passengers and vehicles) and the mini ferries Buganvilla and Buganvilla Express for passengers only, and at a lower price. With frequent departures every hour and up to 12 a day. Direct route and fast boarding. Fast ferry service only 25 mins/ ferry service 35mins. Take your own car. Comfortable modern fleet. Services On Board- Cafeterias Boutique Shopping Entertainment WiFi Air Conditioning Outdoor Areas Plugs Luggage Compartments Playa Blanca Ferry Terminal has a ticket office , toilets , parking and luggage trolleys. Playa Blanca Port by car - The Ferry Port can be found at the South Western tip of Lanzarote island. Corralejo Port by car - The Ferry port can be found on the Northern edge of the town , once in Corralejo follow the indications to the Pier. Corralejo Ferry Terminal has a ticket office ,Cafeteria, toilets ,parking and luggage trolleys.

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank the entire hotel staff for the care and attention we received during our stay. I’d like to give a very special mention to the team at the Coral restaurant, particularly Chef Christian Rosario, who went out of his way to prepare baby food for my little one every day with great care and kindness. As a mother traveling with a small baby, having people like that made our stay so much easier and more special. ❤️ I also want to thank the staff at the Coral restaurant for their kindness, patience, and for always looking out for us. Additionally, a special shoutout goes to the ladies at the Bar de las Olas—Yanelsi, María, and Sol—who always welcomed us with a smile, were incredibly attentive, and made us feel so comfortable throughout our time at the hotel. Finally, I’d like to extend heartfelt thanks to Julay Mercedes from Premium Level for her remarkable care, availability, and attention to our needs during the stay. I truly appreciate all her efforts and the thoughtful details she provided. To everyone, thank you so much for making our stay even more wonderful. Corralejo is a town on the northeast coast of Fuerteventura, one of the Canary Islands of Spain. It’s known for its Natural Park , featuring windy , dune -backed beaches and is home to endangered wildlife as well as Montana Roja ,a volcano with panoramic views. I did manage to see some goats 🐐 and some chipmunks scurrying around the rocks in the dunes. The town a former fishing village is dotted with eateries and bars , nearby lobos Island is a nature preserve home to rare birds. I wanted a three night stay somewhere quiet and peaceful away from the crowds and the touristy area of Corralejo , and I found a beautiful Apartment. Featuring a private pool and pool views with also beautiful views of Corralejo Dunes and Natural Park, I was located in a quieter area of Corralejo and about 1km from Playa del Pozo (Flag Beach great for water sports ) and all the popular and most beautiful beaches on the island. Playa del Moro and Grandes Playas Corralejo had to be my personal favourites with beautiful white sand and crystal clear water amazing for swimming and snorkelling. There are restaurants and shops close to the beaches , and the nearest airport is Fuerteventura Airport 35km from Corralejo, if you want the main town and busy area , with nightlife ,loads of shops, and even more restaurants and bars that’s the place to be it’s a 30min walk away from Playa del Pozo, and if your wanting the Port for regular ferries to Lanzarote that’s about an hour walk from the beaches, a taxi is not a bad idea especially on a hot day. I had a lovely relaxing stay in Corralejo , it was quiet and peaceful which was everything I wanted , I hardly heard a noise from anyone when I was there, and also got very lucky with the weather during my stay, it’s an ideal area to enjoy the unique natural environment,with impressive views of the dunes and Natural park, and all the best beaches on the island. I spent my 3 days relaxing, swimming in the sea and exploring this beautiful area of Fuerteventura . If you’re looking for a quiet stay head out of the main town area and into the dunes, it’s more relaxed with less people and a more chilled out vibe 👌

#beachtime Fuerteventura felt like paradise from the moment I arrived. The endless sunshine, golden beaches, and the refreshing breeze made it an unforgettable trip. Cofete Beach was otherworldly—its untouched beauty and massive waves created a dramatic, awe-inspiring scene. It felt like the edge of the world, perfect for peaceful reflection. Sotavento was equally stunning, especially if you love water sports. Watching kite surfers dance across the turquoise water against the backdrop of sandy lagoons was mesmerizing. Popcorn Beach, with its unique white coral pebbles that resemble popcorn, was a fun and quirky surprise, perfect for photos and a quiet walk. The Atlantic wind is ever-present, so pack layers and sunblock to protect yourself. A rental car is essential to explore the island’s remote treasures at your own pace. Whether you're basking in the sun, swimming in the clear blue sea, or simply walking barefoot on the sand, Fuerteventura offers a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure.
