We finally reached the ticket exchange point, but the queuing was completely disorganized—people just lined up wherever they wanted. There weren't enough lockers, and there were no signs, so we didn't even know where to go after exchanging our tickets. 3. There are serious safety hazards. The self-service stations for life jackets and helmets don't exist, and many of the items are broken; we had to pick up ones that others had discarded on the ground. 4. After getting our gear ready, we had to queue again for the shuttle bus up the mountain. Again, there was no staff, and it was full of people cutting in line. 5. We finally made it up the mountain, only to be dropped off directly at the ticket check. There was no staff intervention, and everyone was packed together. It was hot and stuffy, and there wasn't even a fan in the shed. People were on the verge of heatstroke, and many were demanding refunds. 6. We finally got our tickets checked and entered, and once we saw the water, we still had to wait for them to unload the rafting boats. We had to queue again. Summary: We spent basically the entire day queuing. We arrived at 1:30 PM and didn't finish rafting until 6:00 or 7:00 PM. There aren't enough staff at the scenic area. If you don't have the capacity, don't accept so many visitors. I will never come back!
