We stayed at the hotel from August 17, 2026, to August 23, 2026, with my wife. · *Check-in** We arrived at around 00:20 AM after a one-hour drive from Palma Airport in a rental car. At reception, we presented our check-in vouchers, and despite the late hour, they offered us a late dinner while we filled out a standard form. Dinner was surprisingly delicious, and within half an hour, we received our room keys along with detailed information about the hotel. Reception performance was flawless. · *The Room** We had booked a Mountain View room (205). It was spacious, brightly lit, and had a large balcony facing the road. We didn’t feel the need to pay extra for a sea view. The room featured a double bed, plenty of storage, a fridge, and a safe (€12 for a week, which felt like unnecessary penny-pinching). It also included a TV and a tea corner with a kettle, cups, tea, coffee, sugar, and a bottle of water. The bathroom was stocked with a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner—no slippers or bathrobes. Overall, it was a decent stay. · *Grounds, Parking, Beach & Pools** The hotel sits on a cliff and has limited grounds. The pool is fairly large with depths ranging from 1.2 to 2.25 meters. However, the pool water is saltier than seawater and heavily chlorinated, so we rarely used it. The hotel does not have its own beach but offers access to a small cove through a staircase near the pool. It’s a lovely spot for swimming and snorkeling, where you can observe fish and crabs—though the seabed resembles dead coral. The cove was enjoyable, and fresh water showers are available near the pool. Beach towels can be exchanged at reception on specific days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Wi-Fi worked well across the entire property. Parking was manageable. In front of the hotel, there were spaces for about 18 cars, including accessible spots. Additional parking is available on a dirt slope to the right of the hotel and across the road at non-hotel property. Public transport stops are conveniently located opposite the hotel, and timetables can be obtained at reception. · *Dining & Restaurant** We opted for Half Board (HB), which turned out to be plenty. · **Breakfast**: A wide variety, including fried eggs, omelets, cold cuts, cheeses, bacon (crispy like chips), sausages, smoked salmon, multiple types of jamón, assorted fruits, jams, honey, Nutella, croissants, and yogurts. The coffee was excellent, with three automatic machines available. Juice options included tomato juice, and bottles of Brut were provided for a morning glass of sparkling wine. · **Dinner**: Diverse options such as chicken, turkey, veal, lamb, pork, fish, rabbit, squid, shrimp, pizza, tacos, paella, and even chicken in chocolate sauce one night. Grilled dishes, seafood, and a variety of desserts were available daily, including a chocolate fountain on special occasions. The selection of fruits and vegetables was also impressive. Men were required to wear long trousers for dinner; jeans worked fine. · *Services** · **Reception**: Exceptional. · **Housekeeping**: Cleaned daily before noon. No issues encountered, though on the last day we were left with a towel that had a small hole, which we didn’t bother mentioning as we were checking out. · **Restaurant & Bar Staff**: Efficient service with no queues and plenty of clean tableware. · **Entertainment**: As an adults-only (18+) hotel, the atmosphere was tranquil. Entertainment was minimal but enjoyable, such as aqua aerobics in the pool, which my wife liked. · *Surroundings** A short walk leads to the small beach of Cala N’Aguait, about 10 meters away. Hiking along the coastal path offers stunning views, with other nearby beaches, such as Son Moll and Cala Agulla, within a 15–30 minute walk. However, the larger beaches were overcrowded during the summer, making the scenic coastal path a better option. · *Miscellaneous** Most guests were from Germany, Poland, and France. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere with a noticeable lack of rush or hustle, and many people were seen reading by the pool. Note that the pool umbrellas can tip over in mild winds, so caution is advised. Also, the grounds are not fenced, and I didn’t notice any security measures, allowing non-guests to access certain areas occasionally. Drinking water isn’t free, but can be purchased at the bar or sourced from a nearby LIDL supermarket. We explored the local area, visiting the Rafa Nadal Museum, Capdepera Fortress, Drach Caves, Capdepera Lighthouse (for sunrise views), and a pearl shop in Manacor—all worthwhile experiences. · *Final Verdict** The key question for evaluating a hotel is whether you would return and recommend it. For this hotel, the answer is an absolute yes!

The location is absolutely stunning and very tranquil, making it feel like it should be a couples-only hotel. We nicknamed it the quiet hotel because there's no noise, just pure peacefulness. The rooms are clean and stylish. We stayed in the swimming pool room 159, which overlooked the garden and bar. Since we were all-inclusive, we indulged in more food and drinks than usual, especially considering we paid a significant amount for the package. However, we noticed some of the bar staff, including two cooks, a bartender, and a first-aid person, looking up at our room and one cook making hand gestures implying we were "drinkers"—which came across as judgmental and inappropriate. As for the food and service, the snacks at the bar were amazing; unfortunately, the evening service and dining experience fell short. Some staff seemed clumsy, spilling drinks. Additionally, there were discrepancies between our meal orders from the set menu and what was actually served. On top of that, our room remained uncleaned for two days, and we eventually had to contact someone to come and clean it. They also forgot to restock essentials like coffee and shampoo. Overall, while the hotel and its surroundings are breathtaking, and most of the service is pleasant, the staff could work on professionalism. Yes, we tend to enjoy more drinks during our holiday because we’ve paid for it and are relaxing, but as staff members at work, they should remember that guests have little else to do but watch them while enjoying a drink!

If you're seeking a private and peaceful retreat in a breathtaking location surrounded by trees and near the sea, offering high-end luxury, Pleta is the perfect choice! After extensive research to plan my husband's birthday celebration, we decided on this hotel. The website and reviews don't fully capture its beauty. It's far more stunning in person, and the sense of luxury and privacy is indescribable. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return. Thanks to all the staff!

Stayed for 4 nights. The property boasts stunning gardens and pools, providing a relaxing environment. However, there was a noticeable shortage of staff and service at the pool near the restaurant. The rooms were spacious and clean, though the mini bar fridge wasn't consistently restocked, and chocolates were left only once with the evening turndown service. Dining was a mixed experience—the fish on the first night was overcooked, and breakfast became repetitive with the same items daily. Be cautious with pool receipts during checkout, as some guests ordered cocktails using our room number. Suggestions for improvement include adding music around the pool and restaurant for better ambiance, upgrading gym equipment, and moving it indoors to counter the heat. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but some areas could use enhancement.

A beautiful hotel with a stunning sea view! The atmosphere is very peaceful, making it ideal for couples. It's conveniently located within walking distance of several lovely beaches and Cala Ratjada, where you can find great restaurants. The lunchtime food from the food truck was delicious. We were also upgraded to a swim-up room with a serene private pool, which was fantastic. My only issue was the bed being two singles, which isn't ideal for couples—it sinks in the middle even when combined. Despite that, it was amazing, and I’d definitely return!

Great location, all the staff are qualified, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel at home. The food is very diverse, with options of all kinds and high quality. Everything is extremely clean everywhere. In fact, this was my third visit.

Tucked between mountains and just minutes from charming little towns and postcard-perfect coves, Cap Vermell Grand Hotel is truly a hidden gem. The rooms are spacious, modern, and offer breathtaking views. The entire hotel is spotless, well-equipped, and welcoming. Each restaurant provided a unique atmosphere, yet the food was consistently amazing—it’s evident the chefs excel in their craft. The highlight, however, was the exceptional staff. From the warm receptionist, Lillian, to the friendly bellboys and attentive waitstaff, everyone made us feel like family. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely return!

The hotel is truly a top recommendation. The family-friendly atmosphere is fantastic, and you feel warmly welcomed with all your needs catered to. The food is amazing – freshly grilled meat or fish every day, along with fresh fruits, vegetables, and salads. The service is straightforward, genuine, and warm. The hotel's location is also impressive, just 5 minutes from a public beach where you can book snorkeling or diving tours. The bus stop to Palma or Arta is about a 10-minute walk, which is totally fine. Within a 2-minute walk, you'll also find plenty of shopping options and restaurants. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious enough. The balconies are perfect for relaxing. I’ll definitely come back! 😊

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous hotel in an incredible location. The stunning beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and the breathtaking views surpassed what the photos captured. We were staying in Canyamel and decided to walk to Coves d’Artà, which took around 15–20 minutes. We aimed to arrive by 10am, partly to beat the August heat, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. I've visited many caves in the UK, but Coves d’Artà completely surpassed them. The formations of stalactites and stalagmites were absolutely stunning and breathtaking. Tickets were about €17 each, and we bought them on arrival, waiting only around 15 minutes for the next tour. Our group had about 30 people, and the tour lasted approximately 40 minutes. The guide spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail. Inside the caves, the cool temperature was a welcome escape from the August heat. The place was spotless and well-organized, with clean toilets and friendly staff. There’s no gift shop, but we didn’t mind. A café on-site offers drinks, coffee, ice creams, and snacks, with outdoor seating available. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend Coves d’Artà if you're in or near Canyamel. Go early, especially in August, and take the short walk from town—it’s well worth it. An absolutely stunning experience and one of the highlights of our holiday!

Many employees have been the same for years, and you're always warmly welcomed! The animation team changes yearly, but this year's team was truly wonderful, with more German-speaking members—great for the kids! Aqua gym at the pool was joyful, especially with Pinja’s amazing energy. One time, even the hotel management and a staff member joined the aqua gym—so funny! The food at Picco was excellent, and we’ll happily return next year. The pool remains a dream with gradual entry, deep in the middle, a special kids' pool, and an adults' pool. This hotel is highly recommended!

We decided on a spontaneous short trip to unwind a bit. We aimed for a good and affordable flight without compromising our usual standards. As frequent Egypt vacationers, we're used to all-inclusive packages and beachfront locations, which are hardly affordable in Mallorca. With a baby, we deliberately chose half-board and didn’t regret it. Drinks during dinner were extra but reasonably priced. The food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner—wide selection and high quality. The place was clean with plenty of staff. However, La Picco restaurant had steep prices. We tried a pizza for €21.50, opting for a half-and-half topping, but the taste was not worth the price. We upgraded to a room with a garden whirlpool, and it was the best decision. Especially with a baby, it allowed us to relax in the evenings. Rooms were spacious and had all we needed. The resort itself is compact and highly recommended. A nearby Eroski Center, just 150 meters away, offered reasonably priced goods, and we restocked there occasionally. The animation team deserves special mention for their enthusiasm and entertainment efforts—they truly engaged the guests. The location is also great. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the harbor, shopping streets, and even the beach, which is about 10-15 minutes away. We would return there anytime.

We received an upgrade to a stunning room. The breakfast buffet was abundant and varied, with very attentive and friendly service. This level of service extended to all staff members from the concierge team as well. The atmosphere, the menu, the presentation, and the service at the VORO restaurant surpassed our expectations. That evening will remain memorable for a long time.

Unbelievable hotel and experience. My parents, partner and I stayed here last year for a few nights. Despite the weather, our stay was truly outstanding. The hotel room was possibly the nicest I’ve ever experienced—extremely spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the hotel grounds. The property itself feels like a resort, given its vast size. Immaculate and secluded, the premises are safe, and the staff are wonderful. The hotel boasts several high-quality restaurants, including one with a Michelin star. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. The main pool is spacious and lovely, though it was quite cold during our stay. The chic pool bar serves some very nice cocktails. Meanwhile, the spa was serene and quiet, equipped with a delightful sauna. Although we didn’t try any treatments, the treatment rooms appeared very luxurious and peaceful. The gym is spacious, fully equipped, and available 24 hours—a thoughtful touch. One noteworthy point is the hotel's size. You might need to walk a bit to reach areas like the gym, spa, or pool, but staff are on hand with golf carts to ferry guests when needed. Additionally, guests have access to a nearby health club. It features padel courts, a lovely pool with loungers and cabanas, changing rooms, studios for yoga classes, and another large, well-equipped gym. Breakfast at the hotel was buffet-style but truly exceptional, offering an impressive variety of fresh, delicious options. While the hotel is slightly pricey, it’s understandable given Mallorca's standards and the expansive resort setup. I would love to return in the future. My only minor concern was the location—it’s quite far from other areas in Mallorca, so having a car is essential if you plan to explore beyond the property.

The room felt more like an apartment (side sea view/pool view), very clean, with excellent air conditioning and a handy fridge and kettle space. Highlights: The hotel has a luxurious ambiance with great attention to detail. The location is stunning, offering dramatic views, beautiful sunsets, and proximity to a snorkeling cove as well as paths to Cala Agulla and Cala Gat. There are plenty of bars and cafes within walking distance, and the town is close enough to visit yet far enough to ensure a peaceful holiday. The Pilates sessions organized by the hotel were fantastic, with a high-quality local instructor who conducted the class in English despite most of the participants being German. The pools were outstanding, and we almost always found a free lounger, although the early morning sunlounger reservations were annoying but expected. Negatives: The shower, which was over a bath, had erratic water temperatures but worked fine overall. The food was underwhelming—pre-cooked big dishes were particularly poor, though the live-cooked options like chicken, meat, and fish were good, as was the salad bar. The overwhelming German clientele made me feel outnumbered, and despite being half-German myself, it was noticeable. At reception, we were initially ignored and treated rudely upon arrival—an experience we've never had at any hotel before. However, this did improve later after we brought it up. The staff always spoke German first, and we felt like an afterthought as one of the only English couples there, though the other English couple we met was delightful. There was often only one receptionist, leading to long waits, so patience is necessary. The gym was disappointingly small and poorly maintained; it felt crowded with just two or three people, so I only used it once. Some bar staff were arrogant and cliquey, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. While a few were kind and switched to English or Spanish quickly, others acted as if they owned the place. On one occasion, the Sunset Bar closed at 9 PM without warning. We were told we could “sit wherever,” only to be ignored by the six staff members nearby who were closing up without informing us. To make it worse, no other bars were open in the hotel at the time. The Sky Bar, which was advertised in the TUI brochure, wasn’t operational at all. Despite these issues, we might consider returning. The manager seems dedicated to improvement, and the overall experience suggests the hotel is striving for excellence. Enjoy! 😊

A huge shoutout goes to how they managed gluten intolerance—my friend found an extensive range of options for both breakfast and dinner, with meticulous care to avoid any cross-contamination. On the first day, Chef Balsa personally walked her through the buffet, pointing out every suitable dish for her. This was a gesture of unmatched professionalism and thoughtfulness! Special thanks also to Ana, the head of the dining area, who gave us valuable advice and attentively catered to all our requests with great kindness. · *Facilities and Relaxation** We stayed in a panoramic suite with a stunning sea view. The hotel features two pools and incredible rooftop hot tubs, perfect for unwinding. In this place, all you need to do is relax—it’s impossible to worry about anything. · *Strategic Location** A lovely little cove is just a 10-minute walk away, and we highly recommend visiting it. For the more famous beaches like Cala Agulla, the bus stop is located right outside the hotel, and in just 15 minutes, you can reach numerous other beautiful coves in the area. An experience that far exceeds 4-star standards, thanks to its caring and friendly staff. Highly recommended! Greetings from the Italian girls!

I can recommend the hotel; everything worked perfectly. All the staff were incredibly attentive, fulfilling every wish. The food was excellent, and the rooms were very clean. We had a suite with a whirlpool, which was very cozy, with a beautiful view and a large terrace. If we return to Mallorca, we’ll definitely stay here again. So far, it’s the best on the island. A small downside is the uphill paths.

The hotel is ideally located near a cove with fine sand, but its architecture doesn't blend well with the stunning surroundings. The dining doesn't meet the standards of a 4-star establishment and feels very repetitive. I recommend it, but only for a short stay!

A very beautiful hotel! The breakfast offers a wide variety, and in the evenings, there’s a show. Restaurants and shops are nearby and easily accessible. The program is fantastic; there’s something for everyone. The games are really fun, and you can even win a free beer, cocktail, or soft drink. There’s also a wonderful kids’ program with crafts, a children’s disco, and much more. Augustin is super friendly and entertained us very well, but the entire animation team deserves praise—they’re amazing. The hotel was absolutely worth it. We had so much fun and would gladly come back!

We truly had a fantastic stay at Prinsotel La Pineda and felt comfortable right from the start. Our two-year-old son especially had a great time. He eagerly looked forward to the mini-disco every evening and had an absolute blast. We found the entertainment program to be excellent and diverse, offering bingo, music and singing evenings, and a variety of activities that catered to everyone. The food also impressed us greatly. There was a wide selection with different themes and specialties, such as sushi, tacos, African dishes, and much more. This variety kept things interesting even during a longer stay, giving us the chance to try new foods all the time. We’d also like to give special praise to the entire staff. The waiters and other employees were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, and the entire property stood out for being exceptionally clean and tidy. The location is very convenient too. There is a good bus connection to the beach and nearby areas, and there are many shops and even two supermarkets within a short distance. This made it easy to find everything needed for our holiday. As a family, we felt very at home and had an amazing time here. Especially for families with young children, we can highly recommend Prinsotel La Pineda.
