[Akita] Akita: A city where passion resides amidst tranquility

#Spring0yenTrip When I went to Akita, I first stopped by the Neburi Nagashi Museum. There was a row of large Kanto poles from the Kanto Festival on display, and I was amazed at their weight and size. It was also fun to actually hold a Kanto pole in the experience corner. The power and skill of Akita's festivals was well conveyed through the exhibits. After that, I had Kiritanpo nabe at a local restaurant, and it was amazing, with a strong dashi stock and the flavor of Hinai Jidori chicken. Akita was a place where the depth of tradition and flavor really stayed in my mind.
