Noto Railway

Since the Noto Peninsula earthquake, the local municipal government has worked hard to revitalize the towns and tourist attractions along the Noto Railway. In the carriages of the Noto Railway, you can see many encouraging slogans, and the train stations along the way (such as Nanao Station and Izumi Onsen Station) not only have local characteristics, but also trains and train stations with the famous cartoon character Pikachu. To go to Noto Peninsula, it is best to depart from Kanazawa Station. You can consider taking the Noto Bonfire Express Train and transferring to the IR Ishikawa Railway Train at Nanao Station.
