Plus, the price is very expensive these days~😅 Let me tell you that this is the most secret meal that we have ever eaten because it is like eating dinner in the chef's private condo. 😳 As for the food, it will be in the Comfort food style, which the chef took the idea from many restaurants that he has eaten at, adapting the advantages of each restaurant to make it the restaurant's own signature dish. When we went to eat, it was during dinner. We could bring our own wine and alcoholic drinks to open. There is no corkage fee. It was awesome! The impression is... 🫶🏻 The atmosphere is good. Whether you come with friends or family, it's like a safe zone. If you want to book a private reservation for just 4 people, you can do it! 🫶🏻 The food tastes good. They have prepared board games and a projector screen for us to use~ It takes about 2 hours to eat. The price per course🌟 There's only one type, 1,390.-/person🍞Chicken Liver Pate - Garlic bread with pate liver. Personally, I'm so impressed!!! Normally, when I go to famous restaurants that people review that they're delicious, it still smells fishy for me. But here, the chef did a great job. The toast is 10/10. It's delicious and fragrant with butter and not fishy at all🌽 Mexican Corn Salad - Grilled corn with butter and paprika sauce. The sweet corn is crispy and cuts the spiciness. It opens up really well🫕 Clear Shrimp Soup - Clear soup boiled with vegetables, the sauce is made from shrimp🥘 Old Fashion Beef Stew - Beef stew with mashed potatoes. This is the chef's Signature Main Course dish that he carefully prepares every step of the way. The meat is stewed for 1 day before being cooked. 🍲 Salmon Kamameshi - Herb-baked rice with salmon. The special thing is pork rinds. Yes, you heard me right. The chef added pork rinds to add a Thai touch. There are also salmon roe sprinkled with salty and juicy flavors. 🍧 Icey Mexican - Pineapple-flavored blended ice, topped with chili salt. Very refreshing, cutting away from the savory food you've eaten. + Drinkers will love it because the chef ends with a great after-meal digestive drink, "Limoncello shots". 🍋 🍸 The chef marinated it himself (with alcohol). Or if you take the BTS, get off at Chit Lom Station and walk towards Central World. When you find the entrance to the Intercontinental Hotel, Walk all the way to the hotel and you will see the condo.
