Yume Ramen | Bangkok

Yume Ramen is located in the Park Lane Ekkamai project. It has a simple atmosphere with counter bar seating. The dishes we tried were Shio Ramen (298 THB) and Shoyu Ramen (278 THB). Both are chicken broth ramen with a rich and mellow flavor. The Shio Ramen has a smooth taste from the salt and fresh ingredients, while the Shoyu Ramen offers a deep, balanced salty-sweet flavor. The chicken in the ramen is incredibly delicious and tender. However, the noodles are just average, a bit too instant for my taste. 🍜🍜🍜 P.S. The restaurant has beautiful lighting and the dishes are elegantly presented, but surprisingly, they are priced under 300 THB!
