Ramen Desu, a new roadside restaurant

I went to visit my usual ramen spot, only to find that it had been replaced by a new restaurant called Ramen Desu. The owner is still Mr. Beer Baiyoke, but this time, the franchise is not from Fukuoka like before. Menu ordered: - Tonkotsu Ramen (size S): The broth is rich and flavorful, and the noodles are cooked perfectly. Definitely approved. - Niboshi Ramen (size S): Packed with toppings, including thick and firm chashu pork, well-seasoned vermicelli meatballs, tender chicken, and a broth that is light and easy to sip. However, as I ate, the flavor became saltier when only about 1/6 of the bowl was left. - Seaweed French Fries: These fries are coated evenly with nori seaweed, making them absolutely delightful. They take a bit of time to prepare, but they’re worth the wait. Next time, I’ll definitely order the Niboshi Ramen and Seaweed French Fries again.
