Volcano Crater

The Beihai Volcano Crater Park is located on Weizhou Island in Beihai, which is the largest volcanic island in China. The lava erupted by the volcano, after ten thousand years of wind and rain, still leaves those astonishing traces of the years. The vibrant and colorful living corals are a major feature of Weizhou Island; on the beach, there are many weathered white coral fragments and shells gathered together to form a long scenic line. It is said that when the sea is calm, you don't need to dive to see living corals in shallow waters.
