Negotiating the fare was essential, as taxis often overcharge tourists. ✨ The Temple Complex: Wat Arun's stunning spires greeted us. Nearby, other temples and attractions beckoned, offering a day of cultural exploration. 🇹🇭 Dressing Up: I opted to rent Thai clothing for 300 baht with a 1000 baht deposit. Entrance, including water, was 100 baht. Proper attire mattered, but shawls were available for a 20 baht donation. 🍲 Exploring and Dining: Post-temple, we explored and enjoyed local cuisine at nearby restaurants and cafes. As the sun set, Wat Arun's illumination over the Chao Phraya River was breathtaking.
