There is a free parking lot at the entrance of the scenic area. About the hiking route: Walk along the stream on the right from the entrance. You can take a small train (15￥/person) at the entrance of the scenic area, go directly to the top of the mountain "Tianxin Lake", and then travel all the way down from the top of the mountain to the "Panlong Waterfall".
