Cliffs and Beaches
Bournemouth. Not a place you hear about too often, and definitely not a place you think about when you want to see untouched nation But it is a treat to go check it out yourself.
This hidden place does not have too many tourist traps, but it is easy to get there by car. Once there, walk along the path next to the cliffs and take in the refreshing sea breeze.
The cliffs are known are Known as Harry. there is a sad story that his wife walked along the cliffs and accidentally fell over. and that’s how they got their name.
Thankfully nowadays there are rails in place. And a great path down to the shore to check out the beach. a lonely place to walk across. All in all I would definitely recommend this scenic area off the beaten path and take in the smells of the fresh sea. 😊

beach trip
The seafront area of Bournemouth is kept remarkable clean and tidy - incl. the sands. Regular patrols are well managed. Lovely place to visit all year round, beautiful walks on the beach front and wonderful places to eat and drink! Busy and vibrant atmosphere! Highly recomand for a short break Toilets are close to the beach water was clear and nice Parking also is close to the beach Many shops with food In sunny days the beach goes extremly busy so if you wanna make sure you catch a good spot go early. Lovely clean sandy beach, plenty of great places to eat and drink, lots to see and do,well worth a visit .#awesomepic #beach #placestovisit

🇬🇧Coastal Splendor Bournemouth🏖️
#timetotravel
Bournemouth Beach is truly a hidden gem on the southern coast of England. Located just 2 hours by train from London, it's a perfect getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. 🚉To reach this splendid seaside destination, you can take a direct train from London Waterloo to Bournemouth. The journey treats you to picturesque landscapes that immediately put you in a vacation mood.
Once you arrive, 🍽️the options to tantalize your taste buds are endless. If you're looking for authentic seafood cuisine, "The Crab Shed" restaurant is an excellent choice. Dishes featuring locally caught fresh seafood are a sensory delight. For a more casual experience, try "Harry Ramsden's" for a classic British fish and chips with a panoramic beach view.
When it comes to accommodation, Bournemouth offers a wide range of options. If you're seeking a luxurious stay, "The Green House" 🏩hotel is an elegant eco-friendly choice, located just steps away from the beach. For a more budget-friendly option, coastal guesthouses provide cozy comfort and quick access to the sand and sea.
The beach itself takes center stage. With miles of golden sands and azure waters, it's the perfect spot for sunbathing, leisurely strolls along the shoreline, or even engaging in water activities like surfing and paddleboarding. Beachfront facilities allow you to rent equipment and find shelter in the shade when desired.
In summary, Bournemouth Beach is a destination that offers a perfect blend of relaxation, delightful food, and spectacular scenery. Whether you're seeking a romantic escape, a family vacation, or just a break from daily chaos, this coastal resort will not disappoint.#TravelInspiration #trip #holiday #sunset #lovetraveling

Durley Chine Beach Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Visiting Bournemouth in winter
Took a 2.5 hrs train trip from London to Bournemouth. It was cold at the beachside, but luckily it was sunny. Enjoying the ceaseless yet soothing sound of the sea waves, it was nice observing people walking their dogs and taking a stroll near the sea. The pier was located at the center, but unfortunately the symbolic huge observation wheel was not open, leaving the structure standing there. It’s quite a different vibe visiting seaside in winter. Will definitely come again.
