#kualalumpurhotels Absolutely wonderful staff and hotel!! Did their high tea and 2hour strawberry couple spa and I highly recommend both. Would like to specially commend your lovely front of staff Hafiz for being so kind and thoughtful during our stay. He knew it was our anniversary and set out to make it a memorable one for us without asking. The housekeeping staff came twice a day to check if we needed anything and made us adorable towel swans and complimentary flower/cake. The hotel is extremely well maintained and super clean and classy. Pls give Hafiz and your staff a pay raise and promotion 😄😄 the staff here truly go the extra mile 5/5 stars!,overall it perfecto
