Luodai Ancient Town is located in Longquanyi District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. It was established as a street as early as the Three Kingdoms period. It is said to be named 'Luodai' because the jade belt of Liu Shan, the last emperor of Shu Han, fell into the Octagonal Well next to the town. Later, because 'Luo' and 'Luo' are homophonic, later generations named the town 'Luodai'. During the migration movement at the end of the Ming Dynasty and the early Qing Dynasty and the Hakka people of 'Huguang Fills Sichuan', they thrived in Luodai, forming a unique Hakka custom and Hakka culture. There are still Huguang Guild Hall, Guangdong Guild Hall, Jiangxi Guild Hall and North Sichuan Guild Hall in the town. The Blog Building is located in Luodai Ancient Town. It is a symbol of Hakka architecture. It integrates Hakka culture display and Hakka culture inheritance. It is the only large-scale Hakka earth building in western Sichuan. The Blog Building was designed and built in reference to Yongding Building in Fujian in 2012. It retains the traditional appearance and ancient construction methods of Hakka earth buildings, while incorporating modern elements. Cherishing character paper and farming and reading are good traditions of the Hakka people. Paper with characters cannot be thrown away at will, and any wanton trampling must be collected and burned. The Zi Library Tower built in Luodai Ancient Town in the 6th year of Guangxu is a place specifically provided for people to burn character paper. There is a character-saving stele engraved in the 6th year of Guangxu in front of the tower. Wanshou Palace enshrines the 'Xu Zhenjun' of Gannan Xiangxian Shen, which was donated and built by Jiangxi Hakka people in the 18th year of Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty (1753), so it is also called Jiangxi Guild Hall. It consists of a large stage, a civilian mansion, a plaque, three halls in the front, middle and back, and a small stage, a quadruple courtyard. Wufeng Building is located in Luodai Ancient Town. It is the most magnificent antique building in the ancient town. The ancient building is exquisite and exquisite, located on the bank of the pond, blending with the water and the sky. Mr. Wang Sumin was born in a scholarly and well-off family in Luodai Xiajie in 1914. He is a contemporary famous historical linguist and philologist. His research direction is mainly pre-Qin philosophers and school criticism, especially good at collation and training, and interpretation of principles. He studied under Fu Sinian, a representative of the 'Historical Material School' and a famous scholar of Chinese studies. There are many snacks and delicacies in the ancient town, such as oil-burned goose, heartbroken cold noodles, sesame cakes, hairy sesame flowers, swan eggs, mugwort buns, etc., each of which can satisfy your taste buds.
