Baan Thara Cheewi, Mae Mae Village, Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province. Since we like to look at green things, seeing them makes us feel refreshed and comfortable. For this trip, Adith planned to go to Chiang Dao District, Chiang Mai Province. We stopped by Baan Thara Cheewi, a streamside accommodation hidden in Mae Mae Village, a small village surrounded by trees and a stream flowing through it. The accommodation is beautifully designed and perfectly suited to nature. There is a cafe area where you can order hot tea or coffee to sit and sip while enjoying the view by the stream. We stayed in the attic area. The room was decorated in a very nice Japanese style. This area has a shared bathroom but it is close to the room, so it is convenient and the bathroom is clean and usable. Dinner was a northern Thai set menu, which was delicious. Even though there aren't many activities to do here, just sitting still, looking at the green trees and listening to the sound of flowing water can heal our hearts very well.
