Tours are guided and timed, so we recommend checking or making a reservation in advance. You can check the opening times of the major maisons at the tourist information center. (Closed on Sundays) The Cognac Museum is also worth seeing. (The art museum is closed on Mondays) It's a cute little town with many delicious restaurants.
