Mogan Mountain Junanli Resort Hotel JLALLI MOGANSHAN Junanli is located on Zhuyuan Road, Moganshan Town, Deqing County, Huzhou City, adjacent to the core scenic area of Moganshan, within walking distance to the town center. The hotel covers 1,355 acres, including six green mountains, a private reservoir, three tea gardens, and four orchards, as if capturing the entire spiritual essence of Moganshan. It is only about 2-3 hours’ drive from Shanghai and Hangzhou, with convenient transportation yet completely free from urban noise. The design of Junanli is a collaboration between world-renowned designer Joe Lalli and Martin Jochman, the architect of the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. It does not deliberately pursue visual impact but allows the architecture to quietly blend into the environment. The international conference center features cloud-ladder-like spiraling pillar-less structures, glass box rooms hidden among bamboo groves, and villas staggered along the mountain terrain, all mainly in understated brown tones and natural materials, perfectly integrated with the surrounding bamboo forests and tea gardens. Junanli offers a wide variety of dining options, definitely not the kind of dull “only eat at the hotel” experience! Yunding Western Restaurant: Located at a high point with excellent views, offering exquisite international cuisine; Taojian Chinese Restaurant: Specializes in local Moganshan farmhouse dishes and fresh mountain and lake delicacies, with ingredients mostly sourced from nearby farms, fresh and authentic; Zhenmeiwei Restaurant: Focuses on Hangzhou cuisine and classic Chinese dishes; Mai Noodle House: Offers handmade noodles with a “mom’s taste.”
