I managed to do some sightseeing and was satisfied, but it was already lunchtime. Speaking of Gifu's specialties... There are Hida beef, sweetfish, chicken chan, etc., but due to the restrictions around JR Gifu Station, there is only one in Gifu, Kaikatei! I went there for lunch without a reservation, but they were happy to let me in. I ordered the seafood gomoku ramen for 1,320 yen It was full of seafood such as squid and shrimp, and it was delicious with lots of toppings! The noodles were thin and the sauce was delicious.
