Grand royal palace at Cambodia Capital

#bucketlistreboot Royal Palace of Cambodia is located in the center of Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. The ornate palace complex was constructed in 4 years spanning from 1866 1870 and serves as home to monarchs in Cambodia. The palace boasts exquisite Khmer architecture at its best and inspired by Buddhist Pagoda style that we can find in many structures over Thailand. When we visited in 2017, it was open for public to visit however it seems to have closed to public since pandemic and still closed until today. There was an entrance fee to be paid and the entrant was required to dress modestly. Must visit when you are in capital of Cambodia.
