The rich ecological resources of Hachijo Island are impressive. We took a small boat to Church Beach for diving. The underwater ecological communities were diverse and colorful, creating an unforgettable underwater world. We also went to the dense forest area on the island, and under the guidance of a local tour guide, we took a peek at the unique tropical plants and biological populations on the island. We even saw the rare and endangered blue dark butterfly with our own eyes, which was a unique ecological spectacle. This trip to Hachijo Island is truly a worthwhile and unique journey of exploring nature. Being able to get away from the hustle and bustle and experience the fresh beauty of nature on such an outlying island with volcanic wonders and pristine ecological resources is truly a home away from home and will be unforgettable. This is definitely the best way to experience the most primitive and simple island life.
