Travel back in time to the Edo period! Hanyu Parking is fun!

#EnjoyJapan I stopped off at Hanyu Parking Area (upbound), and it felt like I had traveled back in time to the Edo period, so I really enjoyed it! The attention to detail in the building structure, signs, and even the staff's uniforms was so exciting! There were so many spots that made me want to take photos that I couldn't believe I was on the highway. I only intended to take a short break, but ended up staying longer! Basic information about the place ・Name: Hanyu Parking Area (upbound) ・Address: 1686 Miroku Goken, Hanyu City, Saitama Prefecture ・Access: Tohoku Expressway, upbound (towards Tokyo) ・Features: Onihei Edodokoro is a unique themed parking area that recreates the streets of Edo. There are also plenty of restaurants and souvenirs. Stopped at Hanyu Parking Area (Upbound) and it felt like I stepped into Edo-period Japan! The buildings, signs, and even the staff uniforms were all Edo-themed—it was so much fun and super photogenic. It’s not just a rest stop, it’s an experience. I ended up staying way longer than planned!
