[Nagano] What you think is a stylish cafe turns out to be ramen 🍜

Hoping to have a "delicious lunch" in the laid-back atmosphere of Hara Village, Nagano, I headed to Beef & Noodles Zen, which just opened in 2024. The interior of the restaurant is warm with a pleasant wooden feel, and it is a quiet and calm space that betrays the image of a ramen shop in a good way. It also has a cafe-like feel, so it is very easy for women to enter alone◎ I chose "Cold Beef Tendon Soba". It was a hot day, so the cold soup was the best... The beef bone-based soup is clear but rich, and the beef tendon on top is melt-in-your-mouth. It's a light yet satisfying bowl.
