Location: Harbin｜Yangmingtan Bridge Parking: Use "Yangmingtan Bridge Parking Lot" or find a nearby parking spot at the intersection of Youyi West Road and Langjiang Road. (Note: Avoid directly navigating to Yangmingtan Bridge itself. We made this mistake and ended up at the center of the bridge where the navigation ended. The bridge is 7 kilometers long, and we had to turn back, wasting a lot of time.) 🚌 Public Transportation: Get off at Youyi West Road (Langjiang Road intersection) station, which is closer to the observation tower. 📷 Photography Tips: The bridge is great for both landscape and portrait shots, with plenty of photo-worthy spots. Due to our navigation error, we lost quite a bit of time and focused mainly on shooting near the observation tower. The entire bridge spans over 7 kilometers. If you start from the observation tower and walk along the pedestrian path on the bridge, it’s about 3-4 kilometers to reach the next exit. However, during our visit, there were cranes repairing the twin towers, so we didn’t walk the full length. Instead, we spent some time near the observation tower and then headed down to the area under the bridge. Under the bridge, there’s a long stretch of night market stalls. We walked quite a distance before finding an open area with bridge pillars. Due to limited time, we didn’t explore further. If you have the time and energy, you can try walking from the observation tower to the next exit. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes. Both the bridge and the area underneath offer great photo opportunities, but timing is key. Sunset and nighttime provide a perfect atmospheric vibe.
