[Vietnam/Hoi An] A restaurant where you can eat the three major Hoi An specialties

Do you know the three major specialties of Hoi An, Vietnam? I went to a restaurant where I could eat the three: "Cao Lau", "White Rose", and "Fried Wonton (Hoan Thanh Chien)"! Cao Lau is a noodle dish similar to udon, and it has a different taste from pho. White Rose is a chewy steamed dumpling🥟 It's a kind of dim sum, and there's no one who doesn't like it🤭 The fried wonton was covered in a salsa-like sauce, which was also refreshing and delicious! And the thing that left the biggest impression on me was not one of the three major specialties, but a salad with rice crackers on top🥗 You break the crispy rice cracker-like thing on top and eat it! Inside was a salad with papaya and chicken breast. The salad was very healthy, with coriander and herbs. Perfect for a tired stomach 🥹 The toilets are clean (important lol), and the location is perfect, right in front of the river and close to the Hoi An night market!
