Hokkaido Platinum Hot Spring

Shirogane Onsen is a popular hot spring resort in Biei Town, south of Asahikawa City, and is a tourist base in the western part of Daisetsuzan National Park. 300,000 tourists visit every year. Near Shirogane Onsen is the Tokachidake mountain range, which includes Tokachidake, Mt. Oputashike, Mt. Biei, and Mt. Furano, and many climbers and bathers come here. There are 5 accommodation facilities in the birch forest, and some sidewalks have been built around it, so visitors can enjoy the nature of the Daisetsuzan.
