All-you-can-eat long-legged crabs in Tsim Sha Tsui

I went to a Thai-style Western semi-buffet restaurant on Hillwood Road in Tsim Sha Tsui and ordered a mid-range set meal for $438, which included a salad bar, appetizer, soup and main course. Firstly, the salad bar offers a variety of options including crab legs, cheese, a variety of salads and fruits. These fresh ingredients added variety and color to my dining experience. Next, I ordered the Thai-style grilled stingray. This dish is grilled and the fish is tender and juicy with a unique Thai spice flavor. The manta ray meat is delicious, and paired with the crispy roasted skin, it tastes excellent. Elsewhere, the Thai platter is a diverse dish that includes pork neck, chicken wings, spring rolls, shrimp chips, cuttlefish cakes and taro shrimp. The platter offered a variety of flavors and textures, each one carefully prepared and delicious. Especially the cuttlefish cakes and taro shrimp, their unique texture and taste add a surprise to the whole dish. The signature Peking duck handmade pancake is another eye-catching dish. The pancake skin is crispy, the duck meat is plump, and paired with Thai-style ingredients and sauces, every bite brings a rich flavor layer. The final main course was Thai style Spanish seafood fried rice. This fried rice is prepared Thai style with an abundance of seafood including shrimp and fish. The fried rice was fluffy and fragrant, and the sweet taste of the seafood and the balance of seasoning made this dish one of the highlights of the entire meal. Overall, this Thai-Western semi-buffet restaurant offers a diverse selection of dishes and combines cooking styles from Thailand and other countries. The taste and quality of the dishes are satisfactory, and the prices are relatively reasonable.
