It is now a statutory monument and has preserved its original architectural elements as much as possible. The new On The Hill Coffee Bar is located in one of the prison cells, giving people a unique experience of drinking coffee in prison☕️. As soon as you enter the cafe, you will see a row of connected cells, with black iron gates and silver stools, which completely retain the original elements of the prison🤩. It took me a while to find the cashier, which was actually in one of the cells. The barista was in a cell next to it, which was very special 😆. There are many choices on the menu. This time I ordered latte, which tasted fruity. Sitting in the cell and enjoying the coffee was a unique experience 😋.
