Anniversary Dinner with Quality Japanese Cuisine

𝒜𝓃𝑜𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓇 𝓂𝑜𝓃𝓉𝒽 𝑜𝒻 𝓊𝓈 ♥︎ It's our anniversary again☺️ Looking forward to a feast every month is the moment I'm most excited and happy about💖 This month we booked 'Kagayaki', which offers omakase as well as à la carte😋 We chose à la carte this time📝 🐮 Wagyu Tartare This wagyu tartare is special, it's not like the usual tartare where raw beef and other ingredients are simply mixed together, now the wagyu is grilled to a fragrant perfection, served with vegetables💗 🌯 Signature Unagi Roll A sweet pancake skin wraps the eel, mentaiko, and egg salad🥗 If it's not flavorful enough, you can dip it in the eel sauce on the side, I absolutely love this! It feels like eating a cake🎂! 🍣 Selected Sushi Platter The platter includes ten types of sushi, including tuna akami, tuna belly, sea urchin, snow crab meat with crab paste, botan shrimp, scallop, kinmedai, madai, deep-sea sweetfish, and abalone🍣 The abalone and scallops are super fresh and sweet, really good🙌🏻 The tuna and snow crab meat with crab paste are highly recommended🥳 🍢 Skewers For skewers, we ordered the following: special beef tongue, Miyazaki pork belly, minced chicken cartilage, and chicken wing tips. The beef tongue is super chewy, I really like it😋 Minced chicken is also a must-try🌟 🍳 Seafood Steamed Egg Custard The steamed egg custard has a strong sesame oil aroma, super smooth! 📍 Kagayaki 3rd Floor, Heng Circle, 66 Jardine's Street, Causeway Bay
