A new skewer shop in Tsuen Wan offers a wide variety of dishes

This popular skewer shop has opened a new branch in Tsuen Wan, so I asked my friends to go there. The restaurant has many kinds of skewers, and the prices are affordable. The cheapest skewer shop is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Sauce Grilled Minced Chicken Cartilage Sticks (with moon see) $38 The minced chicken cartilage is rich in flavour, and it tastes even more fragrant when dipped with egg sauce. Mint ham $28 The chicken legs are tender and not chewy at all, and the savory and spicy mint sauce makes the taste even richer. Salt-grilled whole chicken skin $22 The chicken skin is as big as a palm, grilled until crispy, and because the oil has been forced out, it is not greasy at all. Salt-grilled chicken wings (two) $20 The heat of the chicken wings is controlled just right, the sweet exterior locks the oil and juices of the wings inside the wings. Thick-cut salt-grilled beef tongue toga $48 The beef tongue is thick enough, the meat is very soft and has a rich beef flavour. Thai pork neck $28 The pork neck is crispy enough, and it's even more delicious with a Thai sour and spicy sauce. Salt-grilled pork ribs $24 Rare parts of Spanish pork ribs are used, which are moderately fat and lean Salt-grilled pork and lychee rolls $22 The pork slices are rolled with lychee meat and grilled. The pork absorbs the aroma of lychee. When you bite into it, the lychee will burst into juice and is very sweet. Chicken skin cuttlefish rolls $38 One of the restaurant's signature skewers, the chef stuffed the squid in the chicken skin and grilled it, creating a double taste of crispy x bouncy. Garlic Grilled Hiroshima Oysters (two) $44 Hiroshima oysters are full and plump, tender, fresh and fragrant with garlic, which is very affordable. Salt Grilled/Japanese Grilled White Eel $48@ I ordered two flavors of white eel, which also achieve the taste of crispy skin and bouncy meat. Personally, I prefer salt grilled, because it can bring out the freshness of the white eel itself.
