🇭🇰 Min Jun - A cart noodle with blend of new and old

#chinatrip It was recommended to us to try out Min Jun, which is a restaurant that sells traditional Hong Kong styled cart noodles in a modern setting. It was so popular that we waited in the line for about 30 minutes to get our seat. The menu is straightforward where you choose a soup base, type of noodle, and various ingredients to top it. I choose a mala soup base and I like it! The radish is very tasty and absorbs the flavor of the soup base. There is also a rare ingredient which is the pork blood jelly that gives an interesting texture to the dish. #travel #hongkong
