Must try french restaurant in Hong Kong

Price per Person - HKD500 Rating - 10/10 When I lived in Hong Kong, Louise was a restaurant I have frequently been to. They have 2 floors, the first floor is like a french bistro, more casual, I loved their terrace, even though they have one Michelin Star, the atmosphere was very casual and nice! The second floor is the fine dining restaurant. You can choose a la carte or tasting menu. I love their Croque Monsieur, would easily just eat that! It is also a nice restaurant to go for a weekend brunch! With friends we would go for brunch and stay the whole afternoon in the terrace! Chef Franckelie is french, very attentive and fun!
