Continuing with the meat dishes, we had the Crispy Skin Fragrant Chicken! This fresh Longgang chicken had a rich chicken flavor, but I found the smoky flavor even more outstanding. The crispy skin and the intense smoky flavor that penetrated the meat were amazing. Even though it was lunch, we had to have some rice to feel full! This pot of Claypot Rice with Abalone, Ginseng, and Chicken was fantastic. Besides the three-yellow chicken, it also had abalone and shiitake mushrooms. It looked like the famous Chinese dish Jinhua Yushu Chicken, but it was actually ginseng chicken claypot rice. The chicken was tender, the abalone was bouncy, and the rice absorbed all the abalone juice, mixed with the sweet ginseng pieces, making it impossible to leave a single grain of rice. The Crispy Pineapple Bun with Custard was delightful, with a pineapple crust, crispy pastry, and a custard filling. The layers of texture were incredibly rich and absolutely delicious. Recently, the weather has been bad, with constant rain, making it easy for skin and respiratory issues to arise! At times like these, enjoying a bowl of smooth Almond Tea with Egg White can help resist skin oxidation and soothe the lungs, cough, and strengthen the bronchi.
