It takes 5-10 minutes to walk from Wan Chai Station to the hotel gate, but I personally prefer to take a boat from Tsim Sha Tsui to Wan Chai and then walk 10 minutes to the hotel. 《Room》 This is my 4th stay at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Every time I have been upgraded to a new room because of my membership of Globalist (I have stayed in an Executive Room, a Seaview Terrace Room at the Jingshui Garden and a Grand Hyatt Executive Seaview Suite). Since I used the free room voucher this time, I am not entitled to the Global Guest Club benefits. So this time I stayed in the most basic Grand Hyatt Deluxe Room. Although it is a basic room type, it also has 400 square feet of space, a king-size bed, a dining table, and a 50-inch TV. The hotel was renovated ten years ago but is still well maintained and most of the facilities are in working order. Since the room faces the inner garden, it is best to close the curtains to ensure privacy. 《Bathroom》 The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with a shower room and a bathtub. The bathtub is one-person sized (if it is a suite/Quiet Water Garden Room, there will be a large bathtub). However, the bathtub drain plug was a bit old and could not rise normally, which made it difficult to drain the water. Nevertheless, the rest of the bathroom facilities were clean and sanitary. The toiletries are from Balmain, which has a sweeter taste and may not be liked by men. The toilet is completely enclosed but cannot be locked, so you might want to be careful if you go on a staycation with friends. 《Facilities》 The hotel has a swimming pool, a gym and a children's playground.
