𓃃The Owen’s, a high-quality Western restaurant in Tseung Kwan O

The Owen’s, a very famous fine western restaurant in Prince Edward, has opened a branch in Tseung Kwan O. I have been collecting it for a long time and finally have the chance to visit it! Dinner for two ($446) is very good value for money as it includes appetizer, pasta, main course, dessert and drinks. The portion is generous, the presentation is exquisite, and the quality is as high as that of the Prince Edward store! 𓂑Garlic/Cheese Baked Oysters (4 pieces) The oysters are plump and the minced garlic is fried until golden and crispy. The garlic flavor is strong but not choking. The cheese-baked oysters are temptingly stringy and full of milk flavor but not greasy. The two flavors have their own strengths. The oyster meat is sweet and juicy. As soon as you take a bite, the fresh taste of the ocean instantly bursts out! 𓂑Japanese soup + salad The pumpkin soup has a smooth texture and rich aroma; the salad is fresh and crisp, and paired with sweet and sour vinaigrette, it instantly awakens your taste buds! 𓂑Buffalo chicken wings (4 pieces) +$38 The chicken wings are fried crispy on the outside and coated with classic Buffalo hot sauce, which is sour and spicy with a hint of sweetness. Served with icy vanilla ice cream, the combination of hot and cold brings out the sweetness. 𓂑Pistachio Mochi Tiramisu +$48 This is definitely the new favorite hybrid in the tiramisu world! The tiramisu is topped with a triple attack of pistachio crumbs, dense mascarpone cheese, and chewy mochi. The pistachio flavor is so rich that it feels like liquid Italian ice cream, and the sweetness is just right without being greasy. You’ll want to encore right away after eating it! 𓂑Lemon grapefruit honey 𓂑Lemongrass Ginger Lemon grapefruit is sweet and sour and refreshing, while honey is warm and smooth to the throat; lemongrass ginger tea is slightly spicy and warms the stomach. Both cups are very thoughtful and balance the richness of the meal. In summary, this is a Western food option with a very high CP value. The ingredients are carefully selected and the seasoning is appropriate, especially the seafood is handled excellently.
